Insulation- terrible- you can hear everything that has been spoken in the other rooms/floors; choice of wall paint color should be given; carpet color choices; cleaning needs to be done before move-in; choice of countertop materials in both living room and bathroom; choice of hardwood floors throughout the unit. Choice of different quality of hardwood floor- the one installed is terrible quality. Very old fashion colors- aiming at 60+ years old! Only 1 thermostat for 3 bedrooms and a living room- absolutely unacceptable!!!! The fridge doesn't have water dispenser and no choice was given. The cooktop is impossible to clean!
