Cole West is one of the top tier builders of master-planned communities in Southern Utah in my opinion. They really have attractive home designs, a great marketing style, excellent web design on their community's webpages, and a top notch design team for their model homes! The ability to upgrade the interior and exterior of your home was a big reason I chose to buy a Cole West home. They seem to really strive to find the best locations to build their communities as well. Sales, construction, and home warranty staff are very responsive and professional too.
