The homes are made with the cheapest quality materials out there. And this isn’t only my opinion, when looking for matching cabinets, paint and countertops, different hardware stores and contractors say the materials I am trying to match are low quality, and I see it more and more everyday. They leave the worksites trashed with literally garbage blowing down the street. The workers speed through the neighborhoods. The sales agent I used even tried to cancel the deal because I was pushing him to do his job correctly instead of rushing to make the sale. Their “HOA” company they are using until the development is handed over does not care, nor do anything. Yards have literal Christmas tree height weeds growing, have pictures to prove it, the retention pond drains are eroding away causing yards to dip down and erode as well. I would never ever purchase a Meritage home again and would go out of my way to dissuade anyone else from doing the same

One of the best experiences I ever have with new builder home.
I received the house with several problems, the company's employees are very slow in solving them or don't care about solving them, Andrew is terrible, he didn't take a minute to solve the problems. The house was delivered differently from what I bought, they created 2 steps in the delivery of my house that did not exist in the plan I bought and in the decorated house I went to visit, company employees did not contact me to discuss the matter. I am very disappointed and seriously considering taking legal action. I'm an investor, I've already bought 6 other houses from Meritage's competitors and I've never been treated as badly as I am now. I sincerely hope that this outburst reaches the company's management and that they can find a solution to my problem.
