Overall it was a long process, but after completing the sell, though after the walk through we found some issues which needed attention and correction, most of the issues have attended to, including appliances that needed replacing which we had to wait weeks for, it still needs the sprinkler system to be repaired, but we’re being patient to this point with some aggregation and disappointments but patient.
