Review of Overall Experience

Building quality could have been better, especially considering how long the home was sitting, would have been beneficial to walk the home several times a work on a few items that a buyer would point out. Pretty apparent the house was built swiftly. Sales process was great and easy. There most certainly could have been much more attention to detail on the building side of the house, especially on a home valued around the half million dollar range. Not a bad experience overall, just some advice coming from someone who has worked in the residential new construction field for years. Looking forward to getting some of our last items on our list finished up.
