Review of Overall Experience

Overall, my experience was good. The build took 15 months. This is at least 3 months longer than expected and cost me a great deal financially that I was not expecting. This is why I cannot give 5 stars. The communication during this time was minimum and vague. It took 8 months to break ground and during that time I was told very little. It did improve once the build started, but not as consistent as I would have preferred. The best part of this process has been Marilyn and Maura at the sales office. I may have backed out if they had not been so incredibly helpful.
