I have used the product for several months now and well pleased. I have a 2 story house and it still takes the same amount time to circulate the hot water upstairs but like the fact that when I shut the water off it quits heating. Saving me money!

Very disappointed.......takes 2-3 times longer to get hot water than my old hot water heaters.....the propane gas company that installed it has been back several times to ascertain why it is so much slower to generate and distribute hot water compared to my old hot water heaters but has not come up with a resolution

Only had the unit for a few months. Be sure to get a qualified electrician to help install. Using this for a one bathroom cabin. Hot water never runs out. Can't speak toward longevity, but so far, so good.
