Only had for 35 days but has to be more efficient that heating water for the 20+ hours a day when no one is home needing a tank full of hot water. Lower BTU when single shower user compare to 80,000 BTU burner running to reheat a tank full of water

the biggest thing about this heater is that it's a big FUK U to the electric company. no longer will i have to pay those cocksuckers at Eversource for ridiculous fees of water being heated for no reason as i used to do with my old electric heater. so... eat an eggplant, eversource!

"Very slow to get the water warm, unless things improve I’m a bit worried that I paid too much for that water heater. I know I’ Just getting use to the system but it’s crazy to run the water for 4 or 5 minutes before it warms up. I hope things get better."

We are using a return line and pump with our Rinnai due to distances within our house. We like the internal timer which controls the return line pump. We are also very pleased with how quiet the unit is when working and how stable the water temp. Is.

I have had one I unit for 6 and a half years. It stopped working, and I have had the new replacement for about 3 months. Had trouble trying to find a place who would buy and install a new one. I do not like that the first water heater broke so quickly and was not under warranty. I do not like that the water in the faucet is not warm and needs to run about five minutes before becoming warm. A huge waste of water.
