My Rinnai tankless propane water heater is great. On-demand endless and efficient hot water is so much better than having a cumbersome tank. Definitely saving me from wasting propane which is important when you have a finite source of fuel.

Had an Aqua Star tankless ( Bosch ) for 19 years. It was great and no problems. just had this Rinnai installed about 10 weeks ago. It works fine and has all the latest features. I have it set as high as it will go with the buttons on the unit . You can set it higher with an app ( if you understand those things . 72 years old here ) The water gets plenty hot but takes a little longer than my Bosch unit even thought the new one is rated higher. All and all I would buy it again . Looks well made inside. Have herd stories about warranty issue s. I can't attest to that . Bought mine from a plumbing supply and had them install it.

Good steady supply of hot water. Dislike the 1.5 minutes of wait time for warm/hot water. I've had it for about a month now. It does meet my expectations, wish the wait time could be reduced.

Heater is on a closed circuit system for in floor heating. The fluid is distilled water I thought so I would not have to do scale cleaning. I was wrong. After 2 years use Flow went to 0 GPM . I did the decale to no avail. Had to pump forwards and backwards to clear what ever was clogging. did the descale and now have a working heater again. There is no information on doing this operation on the net or the rennia site.

Compact and currently one (1) unit supports 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry. We are not planning to use all fixtures at once, but we did try 3 showers simultaneously and hot water flow is steady. We only installed it a month ago. We look forward to our estimates of saving at least $500 a year on water heating costs. The unit should pay for itself (with install costs) within 5-6 years. Additional $500 rebate is appreciated from our local State utility authority. We are happy we went with propane tankless route and got rid of our electric "piglet!"

We have had the most recent unit for about 2 months as of 4/30/19. We had a smaller unit before we installed this one and exchanged them only because the new unit is more efficient on output and capacity. We are expanding our home; so, we felt this was a helpful update. The water is quick to heat. It rarely fluctuates when multiple water sources are on.
