Review of Overall Experience

We moved into our Anthem home with high expectations, but unfortunately encountered several unresolved issues that have impacted our experience: 1. Kitchen Cabinet Door (Garbage Disposal Area) The cabinet door was broken upon move-in. I applied a temporary fix myself, and although a maintenance technician visited, he merely tightened the screws on my temporary solution rather than replacing the door as needed. 2. Dent on Chimney Hood Fan (Main Kitchen) A visible dent was present on the hood fan. We were assured it would be replaced, but have yet to receive any updates or action. 3. Garage Door Squeaking Within just 15 days of moving in, the garage door began squeaking—suggesting poor installation or lack of quality control. 4. Missing Safety Railings at Front Entrance We were told railings are only installed if the drop exceeds two feet. However, I believe this poses a safety risk for children and elderly individuals. Other homes on our street with similar elevation have railings installed, which raises questions about consistency and safety standards. 5. Sod Installation Timing Sod was laid in mid-October, which is not ideal for rooting due to cold weather. Despite daily watering, the grass has not taken hold. This should have been scheduled for spring or summer to ensure proper growth. 6. Garage Floor Cracks Large cracks were visible in the garage floor even before our move-in date. This is concerning and should have been addressed proactively. 7. Spice Kitchen Chimney Fan Performance The suction power in the spice kitchen is significantly weaker than in the main kitchen. It would have been appropriate to install a fan of equal capacity to ensure proper ventilation. Overall, while the home has potential, the lack of follow-through on maintenance and quality assurance has been disappointing. I hope Anthem takes these concerns seriously and improves their post-sale service and accountability.

Overall it has been good. I may suggest for future home buyers, if you could set up multiple design appointment will be help full for choosing the options.

very good builder, building took way longer than what was said, permit took longer, however it did not impact me as a buyer. some pipe was not insulated on utility room, causing condensation and damage to drywall, this was not caught by Anthem before possession. Very glad front walk and parking pad were ready before possession, impressed with that

From.the very first engagement upto the closing, the home purchase experience was amazing with support from the Anthem team. On completion, the home turned out better than expected...a place to really call home!
