Review of Overall Experience

Experience was difficult due to extreme customizations. Some contractors were not flexible to changes. Seemed very low technology and some vendors were 100% unwilling to look at other options. The build was like "pulling teeth" the entire time with some vendors. The finish portion of the build was extremely bad due to loss of on-site supervisor. We closed on house with major items to be completed due to numerous delays. We lived in house while it was still a construction site for months. Still items not completed and many items we paid to have corrected on our own.
