Review of Overall Experience
This was the most painful build we ever experienced. We understand that things go wrong during construction but 7 construction managers with no continuity and 10 months late on delivery is unacceptable. We are still dealing with punch list items 6 months after moving in. Build better processes /systems and enforce the use of them so knowledge is retained in case of turnover.
