the main problem in florida is with sub contractors and getting them tonthe site within month.then quality of work was questionable. the pool felt like it was sabotaged.screw drivers and bits of concrete in the lines and pool heater.hard to give a good review. the cabinets took months to get a few simple panels installed..these are things that are hard for lyons, or any builder in florida to control.its a widespread problem with most contractors.
