We don’t feel confident that this home project would have been completed without Sarah and Craig. They as well as all the office staff never made us feel uncomfortable throughout the entire process. I can’t say the same for the field. We should never have to argue about what we want for a project we are funding. We tried giving grace on several occasions but at times we were talked to as if we were not the client. This is very disappointing and disheartening. This should have been an enjoyable experience and I can’t say it was at all. There were some high moments, but not enough to say I would recommend AR Homes of Charlotte. However, I don’t think it’s fair to say that every customer with a different field team would have the same experience. I was looking forward to being able to brag on AR Homes but unfortunately some of our experiences can’t be undone. I would recommend the owner Mitch! He was a delight to work with. It’s very unfortunate that others can dim the light that should shine very bright for his company!
