Design, responsiveness, friendly nature, follow through, accessibility of personnel and design center.

Would Change

During our build we were remote and would have appreciated the project manager consistently sending more frequent photos. Smoke detectors should be integrated with alarm system. Gutters should be automatically included in all levels. More flexibility in building appliances at a reasonable credit/price.
