Review of Overall Experience

Move in experience was really terrible as we were chasing for a couple basic things like provision of home internet line into the house. Diana (Area sales manager) was really helpful and very responsive going beyond her responsibilities to help us settle in. In addition to this, I have never seen a house built without steps into the kitchen or the side door. Are we supposed to be jumping out of the exit door in case of emergency? And someone mentioned to us the Bedrock homes never does entrance steps.

Excellent service in everything I experienced Very knowledgeable in all aspects . Daria has gone above and beyond her job in every way. Very caring and helpful. I would highly recommend her to family and friends and snyo e else with all my experience. Befrock homes are very lucky to have her. She is truly an aszet to Bedrock homes!
