My overall experience with buying the home was amazing. I really love Haley. She was super amazing. Super nice. She is an amazing sales associate that does well at her job. She has an outstanding spirit which made it easy to have confidence in buying the home with her. She was the best experience of it all and she is the only reason of why I gave it a five. Since I have been in my home, there is an issue after issue, which is frustrating for me because with me just purchasing a new home I cannot afford to miss any days at work, but yet I’m having to constantly miss to have things fixed, which I feel should not even be needing to be fixed in a brand new home. I personally don’t know if it’s the builder himself or Brian’s homes who is allowing this so I am not happy with my overall experience with my home. If I had to do it again I probably would not go with Brohns respectfully speaking. As a first homebuyer, I would have liked the better experience. Jessica and the front office has also made it a little bit easier because she has been thorough with making an appointment to getting some items fixed. I would have liked her to approve some of the claims that I did put through, but I know that is above her control so overall she also two adds to my 5 rating.. also the community is so beautiful and amazing so that is three things that adds to my Number number five rating. I have so many broken boards with my fence, the paint is blocked which that request was denied. They said they will not come and fix that. They had to come out and fix my shower seven times before they actually got it fixed. My brand new home has orange foam lining going across the bottom of my garage wall because they did not level it correctly, which left a crack coming in from the outside, which was very irritating because again this is a brand new home. They came to redo the plywood if that verbiage is correctly I’m not sure on the wall because it was lifting up in the hallway. Also in the window. Apparently, the dishwasher connection was put in wrong, which I’m now on schedule to have to get that fixed which means I have to takeoff another day from work aside from the seven times that they came out to fix the shower which really pissed me a hole with my job. They also have to come out and do the dishes disposal because they didn’t put that incorrectly and they didn’t remove something which I understand things like that happen. It’s just so inconvenient for me on top of everything that has happened. Every time that I turned, the shower on, there are dots that come all along the walls in the ceiling. Looks as if to me that it’s indicating some kind of humidity, but they checked and they are unsure why it’s doing that so they just said leave it alone, which is not OK for me because I don’t want it later. I have to have more order or anything like that so I just took their advice and left that alone The first day that I moved in, it was a mouse, which I understand that would new builds there may be field mice. I have been setting traps ever since and still dealing with the issue.. It seems to be a hole in the garage that they keep going up into the wall. As a new homeowner, I’m not sure if that hole is even supposed to be there at the bottom of the wall or not. The paint on my cabinets and the pantry is peeling. When they came to fix the shower, they put a scratch on my wall and did not fix that. The outside of both of my doors- the protection cushion are torn and looks used with paint on them. I really feel as if the builder just threw the house together really fast the grass pallets were not stacked up neatly by each other, so there are dips in between which I don’t care for that. I’m not home very often because I work a lot so when I do get some time off, it seems that I am continuously finding issues with the house I would not have expected this for a brand new home As a first time homebuyer I didn’t know to look at these things before and nd had I known I probably would not have decided to go with I do wish that as much love as I received in the front office when purchasing was the same love put into the home when built. These things may be minor to you, but it is a big inconvenience for me. I cannot say I like the flooring either very delicate I feel like some of the cheapest items were brought to make a home, which I understand, but I would have liked a little why are the quality experience. Again, because of Haley and the community it gives me pleasure of being here it’s a beautiful place for sure. Yessica is very helpful in the front office to the best of her ability. I truly appreciate them both. This comment is not to offend anybody, but my honest opinion. Thank you. Hopefully there is nothing else that comes up as I find something new every time I’m able to be at home and actually observe I wouldn’t necessarily tell someone not to buy from from you are but I would mention that bronze is a great community amazing people, and I will share my experience. I also really dislike the cheap paint for the walls you can literally wash the pain off with water.

Justin was great, very understanding and supportive when we decided to delay our plans for another year. When we were ready to move forward, he was informative and attentive to our specific needs, showing us multiple properties that helped us choose the floor plan that fit us best. The home itself is well built, and any items identified during the inspection were promptly addressed by Brohn Homes, West, and their team.

It was a flawless experience from start to finish! Our sales representative, Brandon, was very informative and made the house buying process such a pleasant and easy experience. Every person we have worked with at Brohn has been friendly and extremely helpful.

We are first time home buyers and Hailey and her team were nothing but exceptional! The whole process was very emotional as anyone could have imagined as being a first time home buyer. Hailey and her team did everything they could to make us feel like we were already apart of the community! I couldn’t haven’t asked for better. However, It was extremely disappointing to wake up the morning after move-in to find that our window was leaking. This created unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting and smooth transition into our new home. Especially, because it was during the freeze. Hailey was super helpful, even though, she didn’t have to she drove to our house in the freeze and caulked our window until we could have warranty fix it. Also, I now know to look above the cabinets during a walk through because last night I noticed that it looked like someone took a hammer and made holes above the cabinets. So now I have to deal with that.
