Review of Overall Experience

I loved my experience working to get approved and choose my option with Carla in the front office. To this day, after living in my home for months, she checks in and is responsive when I have any type of enquiry. Working with Jackson my Construction Manager was the best experience during the process of the house being built. He was patient and provided us with so much insight and knowledge. Both Carla and him provided weekly updates and allowed us to visit when we wanted, making themselves available. Things have come up since moving in, nothing huge that hasn’t been covered under warranty or that the builder didn’t do it as a one time courtesy. The office staff has been great as well responding to my warranty requests. Yessica has been the best, from walking us through the house to now. I hope she still works with the team since I haven’t heard from her lately. They have recently changed our community management and they have promised better customer service and office support. Excited for what’s to come.
