As a first-time homebuyer, the process had a few bumps, but the team ultimately made it a wonderful experience. The initial design and sales phase felt a bit rushed. I was trying to stick to a budget, but I wish a few more upgrade options had been pointed out to me earlier so I could have at least considered them. There was also a hiccup when my original salesperson transitioned to someone else; my contact number wasn't passed over correctly, causing a communication gap until they reached out via email. Watching the building phase was awesome! Prior to closing, I had a few concerns, but Parker was absolutely amazing. Every time I brought something up, he truly listened and made sure everything was fixed perfectly before I moved in. I love my new home! I am currently dealing with a frustrating, ongoing issue with the internet conduit (it’s marked as resolved on paper, but still needs a physical fix). However, the warranty team has been great. Belinda has been incredibly communicative and helpful with the few items I’ve submitted. Despite a few minor communication hiccups at the start, I am very happy with my home and grateful for the excellent customer service from Parker, Belinda, and Neil.
