Working with Khahn was one of the best new construction home buying experiences I have ever had. She is very attentive to detail, knowledgeable, and very quick in responding to all questions and concerns I had. Honestly, she was better than my realtor, sshhh don't tell. The building quality is great too.

I love my new home. My only con is the vinyl flooring. It's so thin that it ripped in 4 places in my dining area the same week of moving in and there's no warranty for repair. And I wish that the tiny slab outside of back door could have been extended to the edge of the house. That would have made more sense. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

Given our experience with a previous builder who left us with a shorted breaker, non-functional outlets, and a non-working A/C unit, we came into this process with high hopes — and our experience with Brohn's team largely delivered. Hailey in Sales and Austin in Construction were exceptional. Every question we had was answered promptly and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to help us secure a one-car garage for our lot and provided full support throughout the entire process. They offered multiple walkthroughs and remained extremely helpful right up through closing. Their professionalism and dedication are the primary reason we would recommend Brohn Homes. Unfortunately, our experience with Brohn's preferred lender and title company was a significant disappointment. The lender was disorganized and unable to provide clear updates on where we stood in the process at any given time. Having closed on multiple homes previously, we found this experience unusually difficult to navigate. The title company proved similarly unreliable: it took a month to receive our refund from an overpayment on the down payment, six weeks for our insurance payment to be forwarded to our insurance provider (nearly resulting in a lapsed policy), and they failed to notify our HOA of our move-in. Three months later, we still do not have access to community amenities. We strongly encourage prospective buyers to explore alternative lenders and title companies if at all possible. The potential cost savings did not offset the time and frustration involved in resolving the issues created by both parties. In our first three months, we have contacted the warranty department on several occasions to address a misaligned back gate, a leak under the second bathroom sink, and an A/C leak that caused the unit to stop working. In each instance, the warranty team responded quickly and arranged for timely repairs. While we genuinely appreciate their responsiveness, the volume of issues arising so early in our ownership is a concern we feel is worth noting.
