The superior craftsmanship and build quality of their homes are immediately evident. I appreciated their willingness to collaborate with my independent inspector; they addressed the few minor findings promptly and professionally before closing. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was further proven when they noticed a scratch on the refrigerator during the walkthrough—rather than disputing it, they immediately arranged for a brand-new replacement. The final walkthrough was incredibly thorough, providing me with all the resources necessary for a successful transition. As a new homeowner, I highly recommend their services.
