Review of Overall Experience

Brohn Homes is a strong builder overall, and my homebuying experience was smooth from start to finish. Brandon Stanton (Sales Consultant) was great to work with, Dustin (Construction Manager) was attentive and detail-oriented, Angi’s QA work was excellent, and Porscha from Customer Experience was outstanding. That said, I do think there are opportunities for improvement. Some basic items appear to have been removed in ways that pushed them into paid upgrades, which was disappointing. I also noticed a decline in overall build quality. I understand inflation has played a role in material and feature changes, but it doesn’t fully explain the extent of the quality drop compared to other builders that have managed to balance cost pressures with consistent workmanship. To be clear, my feedback on quality is directed toward company management and overall build standards and not the individuals mentioned above, who were all excellent and made the process a positive one.
