We like single floor living.

Would Change

Definitely make kitchen bigger with more drawer space! Better quality plumbing materials (water supply lines are plastic and placement was sloppily assembled making it difficult to add storage fixtures). More options for appliances or given buyer option to get their own.

Mary, the sales associate in the office who we worked with most, along with Pete, the sales associate that took over from Mary at the start of 2023, were both great partners to work with. Definitely the saving grace of this operation.

Would Change

Focus on quality and do not respond to customers as if they are imagining things or being unreasonable when they have high-quality expectations. This could have easily been a very positive experience with a high-quality home outcome, but that apparently is not the overall goal for Brookfield Residential -- at least not locally.
