Overall, we're mostly pleased with Brookfield. However, we didn't notice until after we moved in that our main bedroom shower was installed at a slight angle to compensate for the wall on the right side being slightly shorter than the one on the left. It's enough to be noticeable.
The sales rep ,Pete and the follow up worker, Rob and Nary are all great. The material left at the house for us as new owners was a mess. The books and warranties were all separated and I had to make several calls to Kitchen Aid to determine what warranty card went with what appliances. There were multiple books and warranty cards for duplicate appliances not even belonging to this house. Finding out who to call for what issue has been a hassle. We have purchased new homes in the past and always received a binder or file box with all the new owner info carefully presented. I am still trying to find out how to operate the HVAC system. Rob has done his best to get that information. The LVP floor has sticky looking spots all over it and we are waiting for a floor person to come look at it. The shower has been and still is an issue. The poor design allows, water to run out whenever used. The refrigerator has already needed 2 service calls. I would love some follow up with a few issues that should be resolved.
