I think the structure of the building is good. I like the layout of the property a lot.

I would like the sales team to be more professional. I also would like if the home was in a better state when we moved in. We knew there might be minor issues, but there are glaring issues with our upgrades due to poor craftmanship and lack of communication with the cleaning crew about the type of material. I've found the response to any service requests to be extremely slow. Overall I would appreciate more professionalism. As a note, we scheduled a home inspection and at the same day/time the construction manager scheduled for the refrigerator and range hood to be installed, so the power was turned off and our inspector could only do a partial inspection. It was either intentional or the construction manager is not organized and forgot. Either way not what I would expect for such an expensive house.
