Review of Overall Experience

I had Mice infestation from the day 1 I moved in. I requested for this to be handled. No support from the management. I was told it was homeowners problem. I requested for some momentary help to deal with the issue and one simple statement was given to me all the time that dealing with pest is home owners issue. No support at all and I highly disappointed. I have been catching 5-6 mice every day. Its from the day we moved in

Review of Overall Experience

Sales Staff was great (Kelly) ... Chris has been very responsive with any issue that has arisen since I moved in. Though, I'm still waiting for interior paint for tough up & cement work to be fixed.
