Working w/ Nick was very disappointing as he promised many things during the tour, only to say "oh I made a mistake" and not provide those things once we purchased the home. Elevating to Bill was an even bigger mistake who 9 days before closing tried to tell us they wouldn't sell us the home instead of trying to find a compromise. Never had such a terrible experience and will not recommend to co- workers and family who are relocating.
House was not completely ready, the sewer was clogged with a beer can inside. Overflowed the Drain in the kitchenette bathroom, the EV plug was upside down, vanity was in wrong color, bathroom door did not have a correct door stops, fence was opened to the side that obstructed the exit of the side door, cabinets shelf space were difficult to adjust, master bathroom door needs to realign, stairways needs to renail the side wall, kitchenette wine cellar opens to the wrong side, but your service rep David is great, he helps to get everythings to be correcting ti the standard. Without him, u would be very unhappy. He is still working on to complete the outstanding items. He is responsive, very courtesy, details, and try’s to answer all the questions and try to complete them to the expectation, he would extra miles and always to your best interest. Nick the sales rep and the team is very responsive and always try to help and figure out a solution. Not all to our satisfaction because of the HOA politics and not on his power to control, but the whole team will try! Great work to the Brookfield team. However, your Brookfield property should give buyer and now residents some options and choices so you can accommodate our request s that make sense.
