Inside of the house was spotless, screenporch and garage were filthy and full of dead grass, dead bugs and cobwebs. Don has been a treasure getting a bunch of stuff fixed.

Quick responsive customer service by the Construction Supervisors - Dee and Claudio. Sales person Mary did not disclose our house was close to marsh land when we signed up. We thought it was plain ground by looking at the map shown to us when we signed up for the house. Had we known, we would have chosen a different lot.
