My wife and I recently purchased our first home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team that supported us throughout the entire process. Jay, Lupita, and Alfredo truly went above and beyond to make this milestone a smooth and memorable experience. Jay, our New Home Counselor, was phenomenal from the start. He was respectful, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. His calm, informative approach helped ease the stress of buying our first home and made us feel confident every step of the way. Lupita, our Construction Manager, was a true standout. She ensured our walkthroughs and home repairs went seamlessly and consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Her dedication and genuine care for her work did not go unnoticed, we knew we were in excellent hands. Alfredo, our Customer Care Representative, was equally impressive. He brought a wealth of knowledge and a sincere eagerness to help. From answering our warranty questions to walking us through routine maintenance, he made sure we felt prepared and supported for the future in our new home. Together, this team made what could have been a stressful experience into an exciting and enjoyable one. We truly felt taken care of, and we can’t thank Jay, Lupita, and Alfredo enough for their outstanding service. They are a dream team and deserve the highest recognition for their professionalism, dedication, and kindness.
