Overall we enjoy the home and services provided by Brookfield. The best parts of the process include the sales team - Dan, Sylvia, and Debbie, the design studio with Adam, and our loan process experience with Loan Depot with Aaron and his team. The home itself is beautiful and well constructed despite errors and flaws that have been or could not be addressed by Brookfield.

Would Change

The delay or lack of communication with different issues mentioned in previous questions. The inconsistencies in the construction of the homes. The failure to explain how various appliances (refrigerators) may require different plug locations - our built-in fridge does not fit correctly due to this (our home feels incomplete with our refrigerator sticking out on one side). I would also encourage Brookfield staff to not mention the surveys in an effort to obtain higher scores. We will be honest regardless of what they say. I would also like to recommend that Brookfield staff not question the buyer's judgment when questioning the quality of work and maybe contact contractors to assess issues directly (ie customer care representative says our AC is not loud (it is loud) rather than having an AC installer assess themselves).
