The decor and that everything mostly was in it's place except for prop mattresses but they were honest and upfront about that as well so all good.
Would Change
Since it was a model home I would have hoped that they would have restored everything but since it was sold as is, there were some things that couldn't be fixed/repaired. I wasn't really sure about the solar panels either, but they said I could only transfer lease, not purchase them to get the tax deduction. That was the only surprise, if you will.
