I like the location and, of course, your team. They deserve all the appreciation for their hard work. I would specially mention Kevin, Assistant Construction Manager; he is a very responsive and professional guy and has taken care of every issue I have raised to date. Similarly, my thanks to Alex in your sells team and Pat in your brokerage team, who made it a smooth experience for me.

Would Change

Parking for guests. Yes, that is an issue. Someone took the liberty of posting no parking everywhere, even in places that are not required. This needs to be taken care of immediately. People need to park, residents, and guests. Also, the children's park is not finished yet; this also needs to be taken care of as early as possible.
