I love the location and position within the neighborhood. The customer service was also fantastic.

Would Change

I would simply choose a different front door and remove the middle sliding glass door and replace it with windows. Otherwise it was great.

We appreciate help from Alex throughout the process, as we are from California so everything was done virtually. The construction teams are excellent as well, Kevin went above and beyond to help us during our PODS delivery by setting up orange cones. Although we still got penalized due to illegal parking.

Would Change

1. Illegal parking enforcement. Our moving container (PODS) delivery was delayed due to illegal parking blocking our driveway, so we have been panelized with late fees. Illegal parking is out of control on Dowdens Station Way. 2. Garage door insulation. The garage door was advertised "insulated" but in fact it is not. Checked with the homes by the model home, their garage doors with windows and insulated, and with lower home sale price. Requested further info on 6/30 but no response over a month. 3. HOA fee. The community next to us, Clarksburg Square by Lennar charges a similar amount per month, and theirs has a swimming pool. They also take care of the lawn mowing for backyard.
