Kevin provides personal touch and is very responsive. He is over worked and stretched though. 3 months after move in, some of the walkthrough items are not fixed yet. I think if he was onsite this would have got done sooner. He was shipped to new site, still supporting the houses here.

Would Change

Please fix the water sounds from pipes, at least flush sounds in family room.

The neighborhood is a great location. They layout could've been designed differently to make the streets and driveways less cramped.

Would Change

Cannot rush quality just to meet a quota. Provide accurate descriptions of the schematics such as the placement of electrical meters, gas lines, ac unit, driveways and sidewalks so buyers can see they invest months of time and hundreds of thousands of dollars to get a full picture of the finished product
