Review of Overall Experience

Some issues which were noted during PDI were not fixed so I feel that can be worked on. But my overall experience with Brookfield has been great and I am amazed with their customer service.

Review of Overall Experience

PDI was never completed prior to closing nor within first 30 days. Back sliding doors were still locked shut with screws on moving day. When service was contacted regarding obtaining the necessary occupancy permit to get garbage carts, service advised that Brookfield didn’t have it. Then I emailed another Brookfield address and they immediately provided the permit. Brookfield is falsely advertising savings off price and a loyalty referral program. I bargained my final sale price without the referral. Then I was told about the loyalty program but later denied that benefit. Very confusing and misleading. Basically nobody should mention the loyalty incentive because then they’ll miss out on the price drop promotion?! Jason has been extremely responsive and on top of water leaks and other issues. The welcome basket, soap and toilet paper were much appreciated and a nice touch.
