Everything was so efficient! I was blown away by how easy the process of signing loan docs was. Even during an Epidemic the process was seamless. It was so easy to keep up with production through the Brookfield portal. Seeing pictures online of the property was so reassuring especially through the early part of the lock down. It really goes to show how committed Brookfield is to providing world class customer service.
