Designing the home with Sarah and construction visits with sales/ Gabe. Such a treat to see it from start to finish and how it all unfolds. I respect the hard work and care that all the trades people did on our home. The virtual assistant concierge group is so great, it helped ease my mind on the moving process. Any task off my plate during moving felt like a huge relief. This is my 2nd Brookfield home and being able to work with the same loan/ escrow folks and customer experience people is a treat, I feel like I am part of the BRP family and have full trust on everyone to get us to the end. Thank you BRP, we love our home and hope to get another in the future.

Would Change

1) Wider staircase on 1st floor (Cira 1) home design. If you could make more 2 stories vs 3 plans. 2) a 3D view for interior home design features would be great to visualize the selections. Was hard to picture what a sample piece looks like 3) have loandepot credit score consultant engage with buyer 3 months prior to close to help improve credit score to help get the best loan rate possible. There were some good tips I learned and thankfully we had just enough time to increase my score but it was stressful since I only had 3-4 weeks to do it which is way to short in my mind 4) Get a new company to replace KPS. Tech design process felt rushed and slow email response on questions. 1 person doing multiple communities/ builders so she seemed stretched. Better design map of the low voltage outlets. I would have put on in the pantry if I had known there was no outlet there. KPS didn't finish installing our tech package in 1 day (they brought the wrong cameras, light switch not working, ethernet cable heads not connected correctly). They knew they would not finish the job and nobody called me to reschedule another time and this was a Friday, now I need to wait until Monday to call them. Just seemed like a hassle dealing with KPS and trying to get more information on things before making a decision. They need to be reaching out to the homeowner once COE is known - it was a 2 week delay because I thought they would have been proactive.
