Easy process however I was not crazy about dealing with a finance team that was not in site or local. We played phone tag, everything was online and so it made reading through document after document difficult. Many of the numbers looked different in the different documents so it was hard to follow at times. Our lender was good about answering questions but again, some phone tag involved. Lots of information given at the walk through and orientation. It wa soverwhelming andni only retained about 10% so still feels like I’m forgetting something. Loved the boxes that came with the concierge service and the walk through team was really friendly. Good experience overall.
