Review of Overall Experience

Overall, our experience with Brookfield Residential was good. The team was professional and supportive throughout the process, and we are happy with our new home. Since this was a spec home, some details were not clearly explained at the beginning. The show homes we viewed had railings (instead of a stub wall), a fireplace, and feature walls, but our spec home did not include those features. This difference was not clearly communicated upfront, which created some confusion. It would also help if there was clearer communication about what is included in the home versus what is just staging furniture in show homes. Overall, we appreciate the team’s efforts and are excited to start this new chapter in our new home.
