The home is absolutely beautiful, a dream home. It was finished prior to the estimated date. There were some minor issues that needed to be looked at after closing, the one that bothered me the most wasn’t a “Brookfield “ issue is was the deck contractor. I would definitely make the same decision and go with Brookfield for my new home if I had to do it again.
