Review of Overall Experience

The purchasing process was smooth, besides a hiccup with the financing. Both salespeople, Shoreh and MeChell went above and beyond their duties to please us. Also, the maintenance crew has been very helpful and resourceful. My expectations were high, especially at the current price point. Some of the quality/workmanship things have been an issue, this is why I gave a 4 for some things. It is questionable whether or not our home is worth what we paid.
