Review of Overall Experience

Overall I was satisfied with Brookfield as a whole. The sales team, lending team, and customer service team all have top marks in my book. Everyone was very responsive and answered many of my questions. My biggest complaint has been getting issues with the home resolved. Brookfield does an excellent job of immediately creating work orders and having someone dispatched to address the issue. I have had A.C. issues and Lighting Issues that some of the 3rd party venders had not fully or adequately addressed.
