Review of Overall Experience
Everything was great. Only issue I found was lot grading reports. We were told the readin for the delay was due to rain. In the end when I talked to the grading company directly they said it was not due to rain delays. It was because they missed us entirely and we were not on their list. Brookfield was unable or unwilling to get accurate answers and we almost missed the season to get our yard completed before winter.
