She even gave us her number in case we had a random question or concern. That's top notch service. The entire team from Reno, Alyssa, Braxton and Vanessa were all extremely responsive, willing to help at any time and made the overall process seamless. We love our home and can't wait to grow in the community.

Sales experience with Kendra was excellent. Design process was very rushed. Suggest a bit more time to digest between first and second design sessions. Efrain was very responsive to our questions during construction. We took issue with the cabinets supplied, as the model home had Woodmont, which we have had in the past and liked while we ended up with Summit, which to us is clearly an inferior product. To get soft close door hinges we would have had to spend thousands of $ to upgrade cabinets to a style that we didn't even like. I ended up changing out 110 hinges on 55 cabinet doors to get what we wanted. The wood flooring seemed way over-priced, though it looks very nice.

Overall, we had a satisfactory experience working with our builder. The construction process was mostly completed by the time viewed the home. The team was generally responsive to our questions and concerns. The quality of the workmanship met our expectations thus far. Justin and David have both been extremely receptive and prompt in addressing any of our concerns. While there were a few minor challenges along the way during the purchasing negotiations, the builder worked with us to find solutions. We appreciate the effort put into delivering our home and are pleased with the final result. We would consider working with this builder again and would recommend them to others looking for a new home.

The floor was very dusty when we took possession. I also found broken glass on the master bedroom floor. The sink in the 3rd floor bathroom was clogged and construction debris was found in the pipe when my husband unclogged it. Some areas were painted sloppy with drip marks found on floors, counter, and fixtures. There were also areas that were not fixed after the walk through. In addition, the installation of the tech area cabinets were overlooked and had to be installed after close of escrow which is largely inconvenient.
