Aaron, Roger, and Cameron have been extremely helpful in assisting with issues that have arisen and do what they can to fix immediately. The design is best in class.

Would Change

I felt very offended that all the new homeowners were awarded many upgrades such as landscaping, fence, window treatments, all appliances. However l, due to putting a contract on the property at the same time as another couple the manager was unwilling to work with us. Also, I had no time constraints and made it known that I wanted the model home. I was told that it would not be available for several years. Then just after 1 month from move on it was sold. This was very deceitful and for that reason I am not sure that I would recommend Brookfield to my friends and family. Lastly, I was told upon move in that I would get all warranty information from Jamie within 30 days. I still haven’t received any information or contact information from Jamie. I did register my products on each manufacturers website. However, this was not what the protocol was supposed to be. Lack of follow up on that end is terrible.
