Review of Overall Experience
As first-time homebuyers, Brookfield Residential provided us with a genuinely helpful and positive experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, Nick greeted us with a true desire to help us find the perfect home that fit both our needs and wants. He was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, always willing to answer our questions — whether it was about different home options, zoning, or future development plans. He played a major role in why we felt so confident and comfortable choosing Brookfield. Athena spent time walking us through the homes and never once made us feel rushed, which we truly appreciated. Matt, our lender, was also a key player in the process, taking the time to clearly explain the financial aspects of homebuying and ensuring we felt informed every step of the way. As we approached the final stages of our purchase, David and Wayne were both incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and detail-oriented. They were genuinely happy to see us entering our new home and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, the entire team made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and exciting. We’re extremely happy with our decision and highly recommend Brookfield Residential.

Review of Overall Experience
Overall experience was different.... the fact that you had to pay EXTRA for things that should have been included. Suggestions: 1) Brookfield should coordinate with the HOA to have GARBAGE BINS DELIVERD the day of settlement.....not a month later. 2) When purchasing THE PATIO for 27,000 .....stairs should be included due to safety hazard and a means of egress. The stairs are not a luxury.....it is a necessity for safety! 3) Our home cost $844,500....Brookfield should offer to finish the Garage..by Painting it. 4) FLAT paint throughout the house is unacceptable.....Satin paint should be the bare minimum.. We have so many more suggestions, but there's not enough space.
