Efrain my construction foreman was wonderful to work with. His pride on the craftsmanship provided was evident, as well as ensuring everything was perfect for us. This is our 11th new construction home, and hands down the best craftsmanship we have ever had. The attention to detail of our home was clear. We only had 1 minor item on our pre settlement walk thru and Efrain handled getting it completed immediately. Efrain always had a smile on his face, and truly cared that our new home was perfect. Very refreshing!! And a huge asset to your company.. Chris our Home Warranty representative was a joy to work with! He explained everything clearly so we understood what we have and the process to submit any issues. Chris also shows incredible passion of excellence and has been incredible in quick responses to warranty claims. This has been the best experience we have ever had from our warranty rep. Chris also followed up to ensure the few repairs that have come up were completed to our satisfaction. Both gentleman are amazing representatives of your company and created the most impactful and positive experience we had throughout the process.
