Overall, our home buying experience was smooth, but had a few minor challenges along the way, there were some delays and stressful moments, but everything worked out in the end. We’re happy with the outcome and excited about our home.

Review of Overall Experience

Overall experience was subpar, started out with additional reinforcement of structure from hall entry into the great when construction was close to being done. Then at possession, the upper glass cabinet display light was not even installed which we paid for. The team had to go back into the house to install which required opening walls, ceiling to run wires, then close the walls/ceilings, then refinish and paint. Took them over a week, we could completely move in. A huge inconvenience. Them to find out issues pointed out during the walk through were not completely addressed, response through the app was poor, could be an app issue. Also, processes were not clearly explained.
