We love Kissing Tree and all the people out here. We are happy with our lot. We all say "it's not about the home, it's about the community."

Would Change

Brookfield seems to have little interest in producing a quality product. The quality of the lumber is low grade. Our slab has a large "bow". The trim work is VERY poor quality. Our roof is wavy. Driveway had large cracks right after it was poured. Toilet is not centered in the water closet in the master and they refused to fix it. Our manufactured wood floor is the highest grade offered, yet it chips easily.
