We’ve had such a great experience with Brookfield Residential from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. A special thank you to Shamal and Crystal for their outstanding customer service, patience, and dedication. They were always responsive, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions, making the experience even better. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out and made us feel valued as homeowners. We are so happy with our home and grateful for the amazing experience with Brookfield Residential. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder that genuinely cares about their customers!

I also had an unfortunate experience while dealing with the Sales team. My possession date had changed; however, the Area Sales Manager communicated via email that the HOM was scheduled for March 3, 2026, even though this update was not reflected in the contract. Based on this communication, my wife and I acted in good faith and adjusted our schedules accordingly to attend the HOM. Upon arrival, we found that no one was present. We waited outside in cold weather conditions for a considerable amount of time and made multiple calls in an attempt to reach the appropriate contacts. Unfortunately, we eventually had to leave after waiting for a couple of hours without the HOM taking place. This situation caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as we had both taken time off work and ultimately experienced a complete loss of time. While the Area Sales Manager (Ilana S) later apologized and acknowledged this as an error, I felt this response came only after repeated follow-ups on my end seeking accountability for the situation. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet the level of professionalism or customer service expected. I would appreciate more consistent communication and accountability moving forward to help avoid similar situations. Overall, based on our experience with the Sales team, my wife and I felt that our in person interactions with Ilana could have been more professional and customer focused. At times, the communication came across as less courteous than expected, which impacted our overall experience. Given the nature of a client-facing role, we had anticipated a more positive and supportive approach.
