Review of Overall Experience

The experience has been great so far. Russ has helped us out a ton with some of the small nuance things and has been super timely on his responses and getting those things fixed. We are super happy with our decision to go with Brookfield and everyone involved has made this the easiest process for us.

Review of Overall Experience

Overall, the experience was very positive. The sales team—Alex, Bryan, and Yvette—guided us through the entire process with professionalism and patience. They were consistently responsive, quick to address our questions, and supportive from start to finish. We did have a small disagreement regarding the laundry room sink, which was not initially presented as an option. Although we had to add it later at an additional cost, the team handled the situation politely and efficiently, and it didn’t diminish our overall impression of their service. Our experience with the construction team, particularly Dee and Russ, was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, respectful, and attentive throughout the build. Most of our requests were handled promptly and without any hassle. We did, however, feel disappointed with the quality of the interior paint. The finish looks inexpensive, marks easily, and shows dirt quickly—something we did not expect at this price point. We also noticed issues with the caulking in the bathrooms. Both the paint touch-ups and the caulking had to be redone. To their credit, Dee and Russ addressed these concerns immediately and without hesitation, which we truly appreciated. Still, we hope Brookfield considers using higher-quality paint in future homes. Despite these concerns, the overall experience remained very positive. It’s clear that Brookfield invests in training their staff well—Dee and Russ truly understood that a home is more than a construction project; it’s a major milestone for a family. Their care and professionalism helped make the journey a smooth and meaningful one. In the end, we’re happy with both the process and the people who helped bring our new home to life.
