Julie did a good job of walking me through the process. I felt like she did gloss over the amenities, which after now buying and being able to view myself, are outdated and a underwhelming. I brought it to the HOA attention how dirty the pool is, constantly. She let me ask all my questions, which I am grateful for, but I also wish she came in with questions that are frequently asked or questions that surprised her from other buyers, because as a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what I didn’t know…. Art and Mike were on my team, and you can tell they love what they do. Both of them did their best to not only have my home ready, but also follow up on issues that came up. I appreciate their approach to their job, and their attitude, and professionalism. The home itself did not come issue free. From issues with the garage door, the electricity, and some overlooked finishing touches, it made the process a little bit of a hassle. Additionally, I love the home, and the community, but as mentioned, the vendors used to “help” with the onboarding process were not helpful; the community amenities are dirty, outdated, and overpriced, while newer communities with more amenities are charging less. Lastly, my experience with the HOA (which is limited considering I haven’t moved in full time) has been underwhelming and disappointing - they have ignored concerns, gaslit me, given me a hard time for requesting a green waste receptacle which is required by law, and have yet to correct the billing situation, which I thought was taken care of by Brookfield when the sale closed. I’ve tried to loop in Julie, since I feel like I am ignored, but she just sent me back to the HOA. Finally, to add insult to injury, the same homes as mine, are on sale starting off 10-20K less than my home - and I’m not talking the purchase price, the starting price is way lower than my home. For all these factors, I am excited about my home, but not as excited as I wish I was.

The full-service care the Brookfield team gave me from beginning to end has been exceptional. I only wish I had found this community sooner. Everything was seamless from day one, and now that I have been living in my home for a month, the white-glove level of service I receive makes me feel cared for.

Sales team was amazing. Dan in the sales office made this experience so smooth on his end. Our customer service rep Andrew has been extremely helpful as well. My wife and I have enjoyed working with both of them. Once we moved in, we did have some frustrations with how Carlos and Tom handled an issue with our appliance delivery. However, we have appreciated how Andrew addressed our concerns.
