Review of Overall Experience

The overall process with Brookfield has been extremely positive from the day we arrived just scouting properties until we closed. Dan and Teresa have been more than helpful over the course of the decision process and answering all of our questions. We also enjoyed working with Brooke from BRP Mortgage throughout this process. We are first time homebuyers, so this was all new territory for my wife and I and we felt very comfortable selecting Brookfield not only because it seemed the quality standards of each build were very high, but they took pride in not cutting corners logistically with contractors and other tradesman. Nothing is perfect, but the fact that any small defect would be taken seriously when it was noted in our home definitely gave us confidence post move-in. We also wanted to shout out Tom for an absolutely incredible job managing all of these properties and taking special care of us as well! Adam has also been very helpful with our minor requests to clean/touch-up paint or stucco voids so far and has been very helpful in our overall experience with the initial maintenance post move-in. We highly recommend Brookfield as a builder and would easily purchase again in the future.
