Overall I was satisfied with Brookfield as a whole. The sales team, lending team, and customer service team all have top marks in my book. Everyone was very responsive and answered many of my questions. My biggest complaint has been getting issues with the home resolved. Brookfield does an excellent job of immediately creating work orders and having someone dispatched to address the issue. I have had A.C. issues and Lighting Issues that some of the 3rd party venders had not fully or adequately addressed.
The entire process was incredibly smooth and without any interruptions, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, there was a high level of support provided throughout, with assistance readily available whenever needed. Furthermore, the process was conducted with complete transparency, allowing for clear communication and understanding at every stage.

Overall, it was a great experience as a first time home buyer. They explained everything throughout and make the process less stressful. The maintenance team also did a in after purchase care. They respond to our fixing requests in a timely manner. HOA team also seems responsive so far to our questions.

Our experience with Brookfield from the beginning with the sales team to the closing team had been excellent. We could tell that the Brookfield staff really cared to provide good service.
Everything was great. Only thing I wished was that construction was moved a little quicker but it seems like the construction dates are set and they do not like to finish any sooner or later. Im only saying this since my family and I had to stay at an AirBnB while to home was being built.
