Throughout the process, they were very knowlegable and responsive!
Even though my home was origianlly a model home and sales team told me it will be deep cleaned, carpet and flooring were so dirty - we hired professional cleaner before moving in and so much dirts came out from the flooring all over.

The design and materials are very nicely done. I really loved the Virtuo concierge service since they helped me with a summary of all the important utilities and move-in info.
Overall, I love the home's design but I would appreciate a bit more attention on the fit and finish on certain issues that I mentioned in this survey. Thank you for your work!
