We love the design and layout of the home and the community! Overall I feel that we got a good home for the value.

Would Change

Communication about the whole build process needs to be very much improved. The first salesperson was terrible; she was let go and the new salesperson was nicer but not readily available to communicate with. They need to be more aware of what is happening in terms of permits, timeline, build process and communicate issues upfront to the buyer. We shouldn't have had to call her weekly to get news. They never set up a weekly call (which would greatly improve the buying experience). All our issues that I highlighted earlier made the process more stressful as time went on and created a mistrust with the sales associate.

Jury still out on this one, although I will say Annie in sales and Doug in the service department have been very responsive.

Would Change

Would have rather worked with a different sales person from the beginning, felt mislead about many issues.
