Buying a house in Texas while still living in California was a real challenge at times but the representatives from Brookfield were professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire 6 months that my house was being built. Everyone from my sales person Kevin and Bella, to Collin and Austin in construction management were outstanding!

Kendra is a phenomenal sales agent. She is knowledgeable about the homes she showed us prior to making our decision. Christian was proactive for our first walk through. He listened and heard my requests for the few minor things I wanted addressed prior to the second walk through. He never made me feel like was to picky about asking for these items to be addressed. The second walk through was excellent with the completion of my requests and with his introduction and handover to Brennan. Brennan was also very thorough in going through the operational aspects of our home. Everyone was extremely professional and made us feel that we were valued as a buyer.

We had a wonderful experience working with the Brookfield team. Chris from the sales team, Jenkins from the loan office, and Daniel, the construction manager, were all extremely professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. Everything went very smoothly and comfortably. They were very detail-oriented and always took the time to explain things clearly. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they were patient and responsive, making sure we fully understood each step. We really appreciate their support and the care they put into helping us through the home buying process. It made the experience much easier and more enjoyable for our family.
