Review of Overall Experience

The people I've met at Brookfield are high quality professionals. Unfortunately, the rules of engagement are very limiting and not designed to achieve customer satisfaction. My experience has been that Brookfield is all about Brookfield. They really aren't interested in the customer or achieving any customer engagement metrics consistent with the survey questions. I believe management of Brookfield is bottom line focused NOT customer focused in any meaningful way.
