Review of Overall Experience

Our overall experience with Brookfield was exceptional. Thank you Marc, (New Home Counselor), Joanna (Design Consultant ), Karen (Customer Guide), Colin (Construction Manager) and Thom (warranty and post move in assistance). We love our new home and community. The only challenge we experienced was with Home Pro. There was a communication gap around setting up our first appointment time caused by a clerical error they made with our phone number. Then, at White Glove inspection, wish we got a little more help with our Ring doorbell. After move in, we discovered the chime was not working due to poor battery install. Also, found we had a weak internet connection for our media outlet. Discovered by the person who wall mounted our TV. All fixable, and relatively small things, but something else to do that could have been avoided.
