The sales person was forthcoming and willing to work with the buyer to get approval for additional items requested. In Wild Rock , Vern and our site supervisor Terry were always pleasant and helpful to meet our needs. I would definitely work with both of them in the future should that opportunity arise. They absolutely made us feel we were their only customers which is the way it should be. Well done gentlemen!

Would Change

First the design center needs to update materials with more choices of GOOD quality products. Secondly only two 2 models homes were built but 7 basic floor plans were offered, so the point is it’s hard to know how the flow of the house feels to the buyer if you only are looking at a drawing on a piece of paper. Interior paint types ( flat vs low sheen) should be option because the buyer is ultimately paying for the paint anyway. Choices of the tub, toilets etc is as important as the facets and sinks. Only one choice for a faux mantel ? Really? Way to expense not to have the real thing.
