This home buying experience with Brookfield Residential has been exceptional! We have purchased several homes over the years and this time was the best! The house walk thru ahead of closing was impressive…Colin and Austin have been exceptional to work with! Both are so knowledgeable and patient lol. Their attention to detail during the walk thru catching things we didn’t even see. Most times they make a call and someone appears to make a repair, and sometimes they do it themselves. These guys know their business and are confident on the plan to fix/repair anything.

Buying a house in Texas while still living in California was a real challenge at times but the representatives from Brookfield were professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire 6 months that my house was being built. Everyone from my sales person Kevin and Bella, to Collin and Austin in construction management were outstanding!
