Review of Overall Experience
(1) Bearon was incredible as a point of contact during the process. He communicated frequently, was accommodating, and always professional and courteous. I work in construction litigation, and he communicated more thoroughly and more frequently than my best clients. (2) Cody and Alyssa in the main office were also amazing. Cody sold me on the finance/construction process and was able to walk through different options, including recommending the floor plan we eventually chose. Alyssa was so thoughtful during our selections process and helped us think outside the box to find the perfect mix of colors, fixtures, and patterns that we didn’t even know we wanted. We are thrilled. (3) The trades personnel that I met were also top-notch. I was living just down the street from the site and was able to check-in from time to time. Everyone among the trades was very polite and willing to discuss progress, though I did what I could to stay out of the way. I was initially concerned at the speed with which the home was coming together, but I wasn’t able to find a hint of cutting corners or skimping on materials. It is incredibly rare to have people who can work quickly and still maintain construction standards. I appreciate that your people are able to do both.

Review of Overall Experience
From the moment we walked in the door we were amazed by their professional but personable atmosphere. Brown Haven and their team picked up the pieces with no hesitation from a different builder in their failed attempt in the beginning phase. They were amazing in getting us exactly what we wanted and paid for, not to mention all of the paperwork involved. With the exception of the well company every person we encountered from within the office to the field was prompt, responsive and genuinely cared for our satisfaction of our home and land. Our builer Andew picked up the phone nearly every time I called him with any concerns and was always professional! The well company was not ideal in their timing or willingness to work with us on where we wanted our well. As I listened over the phone, they had a take it or leave it (for a much later time) attitude. Our biggest regret however, were was not choosing Brown Haven initially. They were amazing and what every first time builder experience should be like. Thank you all!
