Review of Overall Experience
From the very time we met with Subrina in the Hiawassee office, to meeting the team at the land assessment, to picking the house colors/items, throughout the entire bild with Chandler keeping us informed, sending photos to both our phones and our home story, to the walk with Randy and Robin has been nothing but AWESOME! We have had the absolute BEST building experience ever. We are located in Florida and not once did we hesitate choosing Brown Haven to build our home. Brown Haven is more than a home builder, its making dreams come true, building friendships, and making sure that the buyer is involved every step of the way. We would 100% refer friends and family to Brown Haven to have their dream home built. Thank you Brown Haven for an absolutely beautiful home and experience. Howard & Brenda

Review of Overall Experience
Building a new home is nerve-wracking at best. I have close family who are builders and I've heard the horror stories. For a variety of reasons, I couldn't hire them to build our home and decided to work with Brown Haven. From the moment we hired them, they worked closely with us to build a home that met our needs, style, and budget. Although my family is in the business, I know nothing about building, and they made the process extremely easy. We went with one of their preferred lenders (shoutout to Brian @ Impeccable Lending!), who was very familiar with the Brown Haven process and that made it even easier. During the planning stage, we encountered several issues with our county as their laws had recently changed - they threw us some major curveballs. On top of that, I experienced some issues with my job that majorly changed our home-buying circumstances. The Brown Haven & Impeccable Lending crews rallied to find solutions to make it work for us, every single time. They went above and beyond for us! As for the quality of the build - Teddy was our project manager and I can't thank him enough. Personable, super knowledgeable guy. Although my family could not help me build, they were all over checking out the site to ensure the job was being done correctly. They are usually pretty difficult to please, and by the end of the process, they were singing Brown Haven's praises. Brown Haven's contractors work for them regularly, and because they're so familiar with the floor plans, they've had time to perfect the process. Teddy caught an issue I didn't even notice (*slightly* bent garage door) and had it marked and replaced for us ASAP. I've had people come by to do some things for the house (regular pest control, home security installers, etc.) comment how well-done it is! I tend to agree. I know this review sounds paid - but I can assure you, it is not. My mortgage payment is coming up in just a couple of weeks! I'm a wife, mom, and Girl Scout Troop leader who works full-time (=BUSY!), and I'm just so thankful we hired Brown Haven. Thanks a million to Jonathan, Teddy, Claire, Ethan, Kaitlyn, John, and anyone else behind the scenes who had a part in knocking this out of the park for us. Thank you Brian at Impeccable Lending for being so on top of it, too. We appreciate you and my 6 year old loves her purple room!
