Review of Overall Experience

We kept a very close watch and found mostly minor issues, which were quickly resolved by our builder, Bradley. We had one major misunderstanding, and Josh said they would own up to the mistake and make it right, and the team did remove a lot of product and replaced it. Subrina was a skilled design planner and got us into the perfect model. She sold us more than we wanted, but we are so glad we listened to her. Stephanie was also an excellent planner and esthetic guide who helped us hone our choices. The outcome is beautiful! If we have any one piece of advice, it is that there should be a large screen tv so you can see your model as you make your decisions in the design center. Too, we never got a full list of all of our color choices, and that would have been a great tool at the final meeting to confirm our choices. We had asked for upgraded electrical outlets and light switches to all be in brown since we were going for a craftsman look. Bradley said Stephanie said they were almond like our sinks and showers, but we clearly asked to confirm in our last meeting that they would be brown, and Stephanie said they would be. This is the kind of “minor” issue that could have been averted if western the full list of color changes at our last meeting. The list we got was about one fourth completed. We let it go because we did not want to hold up our closing and because Josh had already eaten a large expense due to wrong information given to us about the pricing of the upgraded trim in our basement. We cannot say enough good things about Bradley; he was very positive and responsive. We love the final product, but why there are a few less tha perfect ratings is post closing, it has been very difficult getting workers here for the punch list. Still, we love work with Robin; we are assuming that she is trying to orchestrate to many fixes after closings, and we are a part of those individuals. Yes, we will recommend Brown Haven!

Kolby was a great construction leader. Very meticulous and responsive. Everyone at brown haven was always responsive, helpful, great customer service. Did a great job with the new house!
