From our initial meeting with Subrina, the land selection with Scott, design phase with Stephanie and the build process with our PM Bradley, this experience has been one of the most enjoyable and stress free new home builds we have ever had. We were blessed with Bradley who kept us informed with everything, took care of any of our concerns and was there for us throughout the process. I want to mention Josh as well as he was also great in helping us along the way with house placement and design recommendations. We would absolutely recommend Brown Haven to anyone and would use again if we ever build again. The process was so easy.

Overall our experience was great. Building from afar we depended on Colton to communicate and provide updates, which he did very well. From start to finish all involved were great to work with. Only issue was digesting the costs. Our prior home was built in 2013 and the process and prices have changed so much. Overall market issue, not just Brown Haven.

Given we had some hiccups a long the way with the person leading our construction. Cooper came in and saved the day and was great at navigating everything and get things addressed appropriately and getting us in our home. Cooper went above and beyond to make things right for us.
