Review of Overall Experience

We had a rough start regarding building site planning, a mishandled existing waterline breakage and an inexperienced first project manager. Once those issues were resolved and a new project manager assigned to the build it went more according to plan. Unfortunately, a major glitch was discovered near the end of the build when we found that the garage was missing 180 square feet. Apparently, the 30x24 dimension agreed to in the sales contract failed to make it into the working drawings. Once the error was revealed Brown Haven management complied with altering the almost completed garage to meet the contract specifications. This set the project back a month. However, our project manager, Steve, made sure that the missing square footage was seamlessly added to the existing garage. Steve also addressed all of our last minute concerns and our closing was simple and quick. We’re now thrilled to be living in our new Brown Haven home.
