Review of Overall Experience

We have had a great experience with Brown Haven. This is from the first meeting until our final walk thru. During the construction, we were kept updated on the process and if there were any questions and/or problems. All of the Staff have been so helpful and prompt to answer any questions or concerns we have had. A special "shout out" to our Construction Leader Clayton. He has been totally awesome! He has kept us updated and listened patiently while we vented wth any concerns. Clayton's suggestions, with attention to detail are so appreciated! I do have concerns with a couple of subcontractors that were used on our home. As I feel so great about Brown Haven, I wish their contractors paid as much attention to their work. I do know our situation maybe somewhat different than other new home owners, but wish we had spent more time on the "final walk thru". I have a few suggestions that I will share with Brown Haven. We had visited other builders and contactors, but were impressed with the Staff and quality of workmanship and building materials of Brown Haven. Our home plans were adapted to what we wanted for our dream home. THANK YOU BROWN HAVEN!
