Review of Overall Experience

We went with Brown Haven because we had time constraints for our build, and they had a floor plan that we really liked. We had quite a few issues with communication and we felt like we didn’t receive much guidance when it came to functionality of design choices we made. There were some Brown Haven team members we met who were incredibly helpful along the way, however the core people we ended up working with were not that on top of it, we felt like. I also felt really pressured to use their preferred lender, Impeccable Lending, however it was never disclosed to us that the owner of Brown Haven has a financial stake with that mortgage company. An Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement was never mentioned to us when we were in discussions.
