We had an amazing experience with Brown Haven Homes! Our home is just perfect, and the craftsmanship, materials, and overall process were truly top-notch. Without a doubt, we would choose Brown Haven Homes again.

Review of Overall Experience
There are so many things that happened with lack of quality control from a section of our foundation not being poured to siding not being installed right, windows being replaced, our porch not being secured, drawing wrong, tile was replaced, missing outlet we paid for, many things we've just fixed ourselves. Still waiting for our correct light fixture and the porch to be fixed properly including drywall repair. Site work was minimal for $94k. Seeded once and just thre seed on top of ground with hay. Hardly any took. Pushed debris to sides and didn't remove or take out stumps said they would. Very disappointed overall. The house was finished on time but I think it was rushed at the end. Subcontractors don't seem to have much work ethic and project manager seems to be spread too thin. I think quality is suffering because of quantity.
