Review of Overall Experience

We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with BHH !!! We were so impressed with the process from start to finish. And we so appreciate the quality of materials and the expert craftmanship they put into our new home plus the speed and efficiency they displayed throughout. We just want to thank the whole Brown Haven Homes Team for building our beautiful mountain home!!!

Review of Overall Experience

Excellent customer service provided by Chattanooga office Design Specialist Blakely, Jessica, Office Leader. We also had great experiences with former Coach, Milton. Area Construction Leader Caleb has been working with us to complete a few of the items that need correction (crawlspace, moisture in garage, damaged mountain-view window, a few grading issues). The build was completed on time, with excellent communications via pictures and activities underway.
