Review of Overall Experience

Start to finish Brown Haven is very streamlined and efficient. Regular communication and easy to get in touch with. The final homeowner walkthrough felt rushed. And small things that we didn’t think about i.e insulation in the basement surprised me that it was not included, and would have liked to have done a wider gravel turn around. Everyone we worked with was professional and very helpful. Some attention to detail issues in paperwork. Overall would recommend and we are very pleased with our home.
