Maybe is a better answer. My experience with Ryan Arnell was fantastic. He communicated with me extremely well and was available to answer any questions I have. That was great. What was not great is the fact some of the simple things I wanted were met with half-measures. For example, I wanted black fixtures in my bathroom and was told they could not do everything in black. I have a mix of black and silver now and it is very noticeable. Go freaking purchase the stuff that was missing and install it. How tough is that? It is clear to me that the priority of CW Urban is the profit margin even if it comes at the dissatisfaction of the client.
