Review of Overall Experience

Lori and Nate makes a great team working together .Lori did all my paperwork answer all my questions and concerns if she didn’t know the answers to my questions Nate was just a text away. Nate texts right back with my answers and if I had a concern about a problem with my new home he was there to take care of my problems. I can’t say enough about these two people they made everything go so smoothly . Nate saw things in my new home that needed corrected that I didn’t see.

Review of Overall Experience

Overall we've had a good experience with capital homes but all the items that have gone wrong since we've moved in has been such a headache, time suck, and stress point for us. We've had 3 leaks in the master bathroom, ac unit was not hooked up to the electrical, leak with the gas pilot light and two botched interior paint jobs.
