Worked through some issues on closing date but was very taken care of through the process and was always clearly communicated with. Never had trouble getting ahold of anyone.

Overall experience was average at best with the negative areas primarily landing with the warranty department. Bright spot is Wayne...he's understanding and nice to work with.

Basically we could sum up our high marks for Capital Homes for a flawless sales/production/closing experience. My Superintendent Nate ask me my opinion on different phases of the construction process. Everyone we worked with was exceptionally helpful. My wife and I have built 8 homes in 5 different states over past 57 years and I believe Capital Homes is #1. That’s big vote of confidence to the owners and staff of Capital Homes especially because we used Simmons Homes for our last house of20 years and they were very good as well but we still think Capital Homes is #1.

Very helpful and friendly while working through the first-time home buying process. House was well built by contractors who take pride in a job done properly and neatly. There were some finishing touches to clean up, but all of the major items inspire confidence that the house will age well for years to come.
