We loved the overall experience! My only drawback was, as out-of-state buyers, we weren’t given a ton of updates on the progress of the home. We luckily have family local who would go look at the house weekly to send us pictures & give us updates. We think that Capital should hold the various trades more accountable & ensure they pay a little bit more attention to the details.
