Review of Overall Experience

The home was not cleaned before we moved in. There’s many places where they didn’t fix after we did our final walk-through. The tankless hot water makes a loud sound like a tube of being blown. We had an issue with the fence. The sod was horribly done and there’s tons of places where sod is not and they’re mud puddles. The water pressure is poor. The standard faucet that comes in the kitchen drips. The outside water spigots are too close to the house and you scrape your knuckles when you try to turn them on or off.

Review of Overall Experience

I felt that the overall building process was not handled as well as it could have. I know that there were supply chain issues, but as i have watched other now homes being completed and the steps that were completed on our home there is a sense of frustration. The delay in the completion of our home cost us several thousand $ and we did not get a sense that it was important to Capital Homes.
