Review of Overall Experience

The sales with Darren Potter was great. The house is very nice. However with all new buildings there are issues. We feel that the after service from Coventry Homes is minimal. The sub contractors have been very good. The minimal service from Coventry is from Evert dismissing our floor shaking concerns. Also we would like more updates on seasonal service: concrete driveway &sidewalk, parging, trim paint touch up,ect

Review of Overall Experience

I bought the house on 1st May however my final grade and my driveway is not done I have followed so many times it is already 1 month as a result I cannot do my lamdscaping and one of my panel outside is of different colour still need to be painted
