Pretty great! The carpet has been an ongoing issue. We understand it meets industry standards, but I wasn’t expecting me and my family to be stepping on tack strips all the time. And hammering them down voids warranty, seems unsafe for my 2 year old.

Bad experience with poor customer care and service. Missed many things we were dreaming of and always blaming the customer. Dont respond on time. Rude staff, no accountability.

Our experience so far has been great. We have had some issues with window screens, some flooring, all minor things. There are some options that we provided in the house that I think lessen the value/asthetic (ie wire racks in the closets and pantry) but overall we have been very satisfied with all coventry personel

Homes are of a good standard and quality. Just disappointed by my front door which was damaged after walk through and before possession.. I was denied a replacement to get a new day. But my door was patched.

Matt (site supervisor) was very friendly during the walkthrough and handover... There were some freebies i never expected to see in my new home (brand new cleaning mop, towel, handwash, bottled water). There is also a very prompt response to attending to issues. Overall, great experience with Coventry Homes. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

From our first viewing of a Coventry home, we were impressed with the professionalism of the sales team, the support and compassion and then prior to moving in, we had a wonderful experience with the Site Manager going above and beyond on one of our requests for a change to the location of the electrical box. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Coventry Homes
