Bobby was great to start with and Alesha and Charles are lovely. The sales representatives were pretty good at keeping us up to date. Didn’t like the strict adherence to possession date when there were significant structures incomplete and temporary installation of items in the home. Didn’t like raising a concern or complaint and being told that was due to something that turned out not to be true. Like visible seams in the carpet as being due to the pattern. Flooring company saw when came to fix a a squeak in the hardwood said the carrier was unacceptable. A missed outlet in the back laundry area that was left in the blueprints on purpose even though the washer and dryer were stacked because it had a post-possession purpose. Told you only get 1 when you stack. Also, the drywalling and painting was not of a quality that I expected in a $1M home. There are bulges in the walls, thick unsanded areas on the kitchen ceiling and the bulkhead to the basement, the coffered ceiling has a significant bow. I wouldn’t hire those trades again. I’ve already contacted a painting company to come in and do repairs. Love the location and the house seems pretty sound. Haven’t heard the neighbors through the party wall so that is a huge plus.

Overall, the experience was exceptional, with caring, responsive and helpful staff. I would not hesitate to purchase from Crystal Creek again.

I very much want to recommend Crystal Creek but I am unable to do so at this point due to so many completion delays. I have delayed filling in this survey in hopes of resolution but though the elevator panel is finally complete two and one half months after my March possession date, I still have no A/C. Also, getting deficiency Warranty feedback, approval and action hampered vs helped by OMNEE .
