Mostly a positive experience. Things that are wrong haven't been too difficult to get fixed with exception of a couple specific subcontractors.

Review of Overall Experience

Our experience was disappointing. The sales manager, Brent, showed poor communication, lack of knowledge, and pressured us into quick decisions without accurate information. A key example: he told us a walk-out basement wasn’t possible on our lot, only for us to later learn it was an option. The design center (Lisa) also offered little consultation, rushing appointments instead of guiding us through choices. Overall, the process felt dismissive, rushed, and unhelpful.
