They still have not finished the walk out basement or exterior finishes around the walk out basement after they said to us during the walk through it would be done the first week of June, we have reached out multiple times and have only had excuses. Still waiting for a finished product. If crystal creek would commit to finishing the product this review probably would be better and we would more than likely recommend crystal creek homes but it seems like they don’t finish the job after the houses as sold according to our experience and other neighbours.

Other than concerns with drain rock for window wells and ongoing issues with H-VAC the experience was great. Cleaning prior to us moving in failed as there were paint spots all over the floor and both showers were not clean, have construction debris on ledges and caulking spots left on seat in shower

There is an overall mismatch between the price they charge and the quality of their homes. Quality control and assurance needs to be significant improved.
