This is my second property with Great Golf first experience was very pleasant but for second this second detach home quality of work has really dropped in home building Paint job has been done very poorly, windows and cabinet work has been done very poorly. Some cabinet have scratches and broken top layers, Stair post edging is broken. Flooring .and tile work is great so far but overall there are lots of issues in the home.

I’m really disappointed with their customer care service and responsivness and warranty as well as the pricing of the materials. I still do not know whom to contact for some repairs and guidance on Ac not working

Except for the garage opener, they installed only 1, not 2, when we confirmed on the phone that 2 garage openers were to be installed. Everything else was great!!

I had high hopes from Great Gulf because I’ve heard good things but after spending so much money on the house and upgrades I feel like the interior work was done professionally . I paid a lot for upgrading but the quality of the materials are not good. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Great Gulf because there isn’t a point in spending so much in upgrades just to end up with unprofessional work.
