Review of Overall Experience

The house is built with good quality, and the customer care team is very responsive over email. They promptly send a team to address any issues within their business SLA. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my purchase. There are several small yet impressive details where Great Gulf has gone above expectations. For instance, even the standard kitchen cabinets (without any upgrades) come with soft-close features. The powder room vanity is modern and among the best I’ve seen in the market, again without requiring any upgrades. Even the unfinished basement is surprisingly well done compared to many resale homes, where basements often appear poorly finished. If you hire any third-party contractor, they often acknowledge and appreciate the quality of workmanship throughout the house — which truly reflects the phenomenal job done by the builder.
