Nice and professional people (from the sales lady to the engineers who came, assessed, and attended the basement's water leak problem).

Review of Overall Experience

The cost of the home does not reflect the end product. Interior did appear good and seem well built, however it felt very simple and basic and not worth the value. If I do recommend Great Gulf, it will be with caution.
