Review of Overall Experience

It has been a mixed experience. Their house appearance is appealing, the build quality is good. On the flip side, the sales and the delivery experience isn't very pleasant. Buying decision was rushed - take it or leave it, no show home tour, no visual lot inspection. Similarly, the house was delivered at a time when the construction is actively ongoing on the road. There is so much dust and it becomes difficult to walk outside. The side walk, driveway were done later which should have been planned before providing delivery. Only buyer is expected to take all the inconvenience which is not fair.
