We wanted to extend our closing date and great gulf was being very helpful with that. Our house build , the counters , hardwood everything was high quality. Very satisfied with our purchase. Will definitely recommend compared to matamy.

Overall, the experience has been great. However, there were a few concerning details, including a lack of caring and construction employees throwing garbage, tiles, and nails into the ductwork, making removal very difficult.
