Would Change

I’ve never had to purchase a fence around the property before. This should have been included. The windows do not block enough coldness during winter. Circulation in home is not consistent. When the heater is on, the pantry down stairs gets heat and the rest mainly goes to the second floor. Finally, the floors scratch easily and the spaces in between floor boards are inconsistent. I feel there should be no spaces at all because you can feel the spaces on your feet as you walk and they collect dirt. I was told the spaces were within acceptable limits but I think the limits need to be reassessed. There is insufficient lighting throughout the community on the streets and walking paths during night times. This limits visibility and does not provide a psychological detterance for burglars. During the reroofing of our home the contractors left the side gate open and my dogs could have escaped the backyard if I did not catch it in time. I notified the property manager to contact the contractor and notify the workers to not let it happen again.
