The sales associate (Sergio) and the construction supervisors (Rob & Kevin).
Pay more attention to construction process. Review the quality of the work done by the subs. Focus on WHAT is being done more than WHEN it is being done. Many of my issues seemed to be caused by sloppy or careless workmanship. I feel many of the laborers cared little about the quality of work they performed. The supervisors for Imagine Homes did an amazing job given what they had to work with. The supervisors of the work-crews were negligent in many cases, and their lack of oversight caused much of the quality issues I see in the final product. Often seemed that the logic was "do it fast, if it is wrong we will fix it later". The subs returning to fix what they should have done right the first time actually caused more things to be fixed (paint on wood floors, scratching granite surfaces). Imagine needs to review the process of transmitting or sharing building plan information with contracted entities such as you engineering firm and foundation company. Lack of a structured data-flow process led to incorrect plans being used to construct foundation. Costly oversight (in terms of money and respect).
