The quality of the home is great. The cabinets and doors are high quality. The finishing touches are there-nothing looks half-assed. The Imagine Homes team as a whole was very pleasant to work with. Donna was super thoughtful with our house warming gift as well. James and Donna both have been very receptive to any questions, even after we've lived here a while. I would definitely recommend the houses and the builder to friends/family. It was a pretty smooth process and customer service was great. The location is awesome as well. It's still in the process of gentrification, but so close to downtown/pearl/highways.
We had to review the contract an extra 3-4 time due to clerical errors in the write up (wrong name, addresses, price). That was a bit frustrating. During the walk through, the second person there (not James) was a bit unprofessional toward James and it was awkward, as I thought James had done a good job explaining everything. Some of the items on the walk through didn't get done-one side of the house didn't get the foundation chipped away/re-sodded, and the front porch area was never power washed as verbally discussed (due to one side being re-sodded/dirt being everywhere). The drive way is pretty inconvenient; to park one behind another and on such a steep incline. The drainage is also an issue. The kitchen cabinets are a bit shallow. Only thing i didn't like about sink faucets are that they show water spots really bad.
We worked with Bronson in the Sales office and Jeff on the home build. They were both incredible and have been very responsive, friendly, professional and fun to work with. Great product and great team. We love the layout of the Napa floor plan and the energy efficiency of the home. Lots of creative details in the home that make the finished product look top notch.
We have the stand alone bathtub - when in use water splashes onto the drywall. I would add a tile surround to the tub to prevent future damage to drywall. I do wish we had more (larger) trees - it would be nice to see if there is a way to save more of trees when clearing the sites for construction.
