Overall experience was phenomenal! Our house was the perfect design for us and Jon was able to assist after moving in with any of our needs! Highly recommended!
Very disappointed in the entire team. Construction failed to disclose that my request for "zero step" would raise the entire house 18 which, in turn, gives my driveway a sizeable slope. They also did not give any guidance on design elements including electrical and kitchen cabinetry. They are poorly trained in the art of transparency and also are not very good at providing customers with all of their options,

Overall experience was good. Finished quality has been lacking where we’ve found lots of unfinished work around the house (carpet not fully nailed down, trim nails not filled in, missing paint, dinged/chipped cabinets, missing caulk & grout, etc)
Overall good to very good. I had asked to provide this feedback when the weather breaks this spring. All of my experience has been good so far except for outside items and ice formations on the inside of several windows. The window issues have been reported and we are waiting feedback. The other issues are outdoor and can’t be addressed until spring. We expect they will be handled well….

We purchased a new construction home that was already completed. The quality of the build is obvious throughout the home. The fit and finish of all aspects of the home is top notch. The customer service of the JTB team we have interacted has been superior as well.
Overall very pleased with the experience. Had some issues with communication during the process and not entirely happy with the final grade of the house based on what landscapers have told me. Building manager and Realtor were very helpful. Communication issues surrounding when things would get done and follow up from our Customer Service Sales Administrator was the biggest gap for us. We missed being able to get a few things done we would have happily paid for but missed the timing due to electrical being installed during periods of time communication was down.
