Great customer service by Troy! Terrible service by Marianne!!! When we had our appt to review interior design, she would not let us upgrade to anything! Basically her answer was this is it. She wanted to get us in & out, our appt was 15 minutes! She does not represent JTB in a professional manner.

This was a huge move for our family as we moved back to MI after living in PA for the last 14 years. This house almost immediately felt like home. Since moving in the JBT team has been responsive. Looking forward to continuing to make this house our home.

We bought a spec home but feel like we are apart of the JTB family. Warranty has been great. The whole process was easy. Above and beyond what we thought. We have a beautiful new home that we have been dreaming about for years
