From start to finish, I was included in every part of the home buying process, and it was very welcoming. Keaton and Bobby made sure that I was satisfied with everything prior to move in and the lenders worked very hard with me.

Overall very good. Still have some issues that needs to be addressed but was told to live in house for a couple weeks and get back to them with list that they would comes back and address. Mostly it is the doors and am disappointed in yard as it is very lumpy with dead grass in areas due to irrigation system not reaching certain areas. Looking forward to getting these resolved.

The overall experience was positive, but obtaining my NFM gift card was quite challenging. I was assured that everything would be ready at closing, yet upon arrival, the item was unavailable, contrary to what the community manager had communicated. I had to repeatedly request updates, receiving inconsistent information each time. It took nearly two weeks to receive the card, causing an unforeseen delay in furnishing my home.
