Review of Overall Experience

From the beginning stages of giving the earnest monies we had a unsatisfactory experience with the home builder's selling agent. There was no display of good customer service and the constant be-littering of the customer. I did address this issue with upper mgmt and it appears that there was no follow up regarding my concerns with the realtor of Kindred Homes.
