Overall, we were very satisfied with the pre-closing and closing process, but we've been disappointed with how post-sale issues have been handled. We understand Kyle has been dealing with personal matters, but that shouldn't prevent Kindred from getting issues resolved for a new homeowner. We're in a new community, and new homeowners regularly stop by asking us about our experience with Kindred. When asked about quality, value, and after-sale service, we intend to be honest. Utility/Service Provider Information: We also want to flag an issue with the service provider information given to us for Discovery Lakes. We spent several hours trying to set up service with providers that don't actually serve our community: ATMOS does not provide gas to our community RCH does not provide water to our community City of Rockwall actually provides water and trash service We were told we'd have Spectrum and AT&T, but there are no hardline telecommunications available in our community We'd strongly recommend Kindred update the provider information given to new homeowners so others don't waste the same time and frustration we did.
