Review of Overall Experience

This was a rocky build. After the 1st construction meeting, I was consistently disappointed in the quality of customer service, poor communication, inefficiency, timeline inaccuracies and just plain on disrespect to myself and my husband. I had the naïve thought that I would be receiving the things I saw on their website when we were researching Kindred as our builder such as "passion for customer service", "exceptional quality" and "family first". Closing was a nightmare the dates were botched multiple times because of things that should have been completed or had been completed multiple times and was still not correct. We extended our Airbnb twice and could have extended before it was booked again if we were told an accurate date of completion. My family ended up living in a hotel during a pandemic and to add insult to injury it was a few days before Christmas. I don't believe I would like to ever build again based on my experience with Kindred.
