The overall experience was positive, but obtaining my NFM gift card was quite challenging. I was assured that everything would be ready at closing, yet upon arrival, the item was unavailable, contrary to what the community manager had communicated. I had to repeatedly request updates, receiving inconsistent information each time. It took nearly two weeks to receive the card, causing an unforeseen delay in furnishing my home.
