Review of Overall Experience
The worst builder & loan company I have ever dealt with. Very unscrupulous “business” practices. Property was listed at $674k, but was told in order to get the 4.99% interest rate, they had to raise the price $25k to $699k. Then the loan company twisted things to put me in a bind to close by the 11 June “deadline,” which was both unnecessary & didn’t work in my favor, & ended up having to pay .25% points of $1749. Would NEVER do business with these companies again & would WARN everyone to STAY AWAY!!!

Review of Overall Experience
Melanie and Alicia were terrific. Marco and David have been great as well. The overall quality of the home is less than I expected. Seems like the materials used were not as high end as they seemed in the pictures. The walls seem thin and you can hear noise throughout the house regardless of where you are. The location and neighborhood couldn’t be better. The timing of the build was perfect for us…and finished quicker than we thought.
