Review of Overall Experience

I had a good experience starting with the sales team when we first decided to buy a Kindred home. the building process was good as well, our construction manager was as helpful as he could be. The actual house itself looks nice, but there was a sloppy job done with quite a few things. There is paint all over the floors, the caulking job was bad, there is not proper drainage therefore when it rains we have pools of water in the yard and our neighbors dirt and debris collects in our yard. Those are just a few examples of things that can be looked at closer.

Review of Overall Experience

Prior to closing on my home, my experience was favorable. However, since that time, I have submitted several issues in the warranty portal. I had to follow up with the neighborhood development salesperson to get someone to respond. Issues remained unresolved, in particular 3 dead trees were planted in my yard. That is unacceptable at the price point that I have paid for the home. There are homes being built right now with new, and thriving trees and yet my dead trees remain. I also have a crack in a back window and have asked for the name of the vendor and have not received that information. So while I enjoy living in this home and in this development, your follow up post closing falls short, and is disappointing.
