Review of Overall Experience

The lack of communication amongst all departments at Kindred Homes internally is what made this entire experience a nightmare. Although I am sympathetic that supply chain issues caused delays, the lack of transparent, honest and reliable communication created a chaotic experience up until the very day of closing. Although I love my home and the area I live in, I will not be working with this builder again. My advice: have everything in writing and do not accept going off of anyone’s word that concerns will be handled.
