We moved from Ohio so aside from looking at a model in person once, our entire transaction was conducted online. The Landmark Team was exceptionally helpful, even walking down to our unit while under construction to answer measurement questions!
Overall our experience was going well with Landmark until we realized we had a non-working clothes dryer in our new home. After 4 weeks and several calls to Landmark and GoPro we finally had a working unit. In my opinion a new home owner shouldn’t have to go 4 weeks without a dryer and have to constantly follow up with people to get anyone to react.
I am very disappointed in their following through with our prohome warranty. We had an installed broken fan light cover they refused to replace. We also scheduled warranty repairs on our 3 month date and only some of the repairs were made. I took a special day off to get this done but only a few items were addressed. No communication or explanation. It feels like they are more focused on building new units than making sure old customers are taken care of. Also it seemed like they were in such a rush to finish that they left a lot of debris throughout the home. Almost like they didn’t do a thorough inspection before signing the home off to close.
We have when people come by our Devon in Longmont and asked questions we always answer in a positive tone. We love our Devon, we were told they were planting trees or putting privacy fence between us and the UCHospital! Our neighbors are disappointed on same issue looking East at weeds and Hospital
Start to finish, Landmark Homes stood out above and beyond any other homes I looked at. The craftsmanship in the finishes and thoughtful design in the floor plan as well as the design and amenities of the community all set my new home apart. Since moving in, my neighborhood feels very quiet and safe and neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. I absolutely love the gorgeous views when I go for a walk by the lake at sunset. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new home!

Overall a positive experience. The schedule communication was a challenge and created timing issues that were unfortunate. We were able to work through them, though it cost me.
