Everything was amazing. One problem I had was when I was first looking at the house. Salesman did not give important information about the PID. Everybody else was amazing and helpful with my first home buy

From purchase to the end, it was an amazing exerience. Richard was our sales agent. He waited for me to view the house after hours as I am a teacher and work late. To me that was the epitomy of customer service. All through the process, he was communicative and helpful. Mr. Alex - our construction manager was also fabulous. I texted him on several occasions- some were just random questions i had about utlitiles, while others were concerns we had on the house. He always answered promplty and purposefully. The pride he takes in his property is incredibly evident. We were blown away by his work ethic.
