Liked Most

- Cynthia was awesome, so patient, and so so helpful with every question and concern we had. She was awesome. - Izzy was the best construction manager we could have asked for. He's also incredible kind and helpful and has gone above and beyond to fix the very minor issues we had since moving in. - I honeatlyolove the house and Easton Park a lot. I hope I continue having a very good experience with the house / Meritage.

Would Change

- Our driveway is small and there isn't any visitor parking near us so I'm not sure where visitors park. I wish there was more parking in our neighborhood. - There was a lot of not-construction trash from the construction like vans, food wrappers, etc. I wish trash had been more regulated / there was somewhere for the builders to throw out their trash so it didn't end up blown on our lawn. - There aren't streetlights right now. I don't know if they'll be added, but for now it's dark over here at night and I wish there was more usable light in front of the house / at the driveway. - The kitchen sink is a weird size. I wish it had been one big sing or two larger sinks instead of two sort of small twin sinks. Neither is quiet hug enough to soak a pan in. - The Keyvo lock you had initially installed on the front door didn't work, and online reviews told us they often don't work so we bought a keypad number lock and installed it ourselves. It was a minor thing that we didn't mind doing and has improved out front door experience significantly. In the future I'd recomend a different lock type / company.

Liked Most

The community! Love the location of our home and our amazing neighbors. We are looking forward to the amenities center and pool next summer. Everyone was so helpful during the entire process and I really felt like they took their time with me and genuinely cared. I am a first-time home owner, so I had a lot of questions and everyone was patient and went above and beyond to help me feel well informed and confident throughout the entire process.
