Review of Overall Experience

Dylan and Kody were great to work with and were always quick to respond to our concerns/questions. We also had a great experience with the preferred lender. Any rating lowered such as “quality” is more related to the outside vendors/companies used and their execution of things. Such as all our flooring has white paint specks and our tubs/sinks have specks too. Our flooring squeaks. Our carpet stabs us sometimes. Stair rail is a little loose already, etc.
