I love the “move-in” ready house concept. It made it extremely easy and convenient. In fact, it was such a great experience, my parent decided to also buy a house in the neighborhood.

Our experience started a bit rocky, the unit our agent was showed was a larger unit and not the one within the price point we asked to see, so it set an expectation they could not meet. In addition, there were some pressure tactics used after our initial inquiry regarding the unit we wanted having contracts almost on them that I did not appreciate. Ultimately, once we finalized on a unit and started the process it went as expected. There were times I was waiting to hear back or get information but ultimately, the process moved smoothly once we were under contract.

From my first entry into the Lakeside Meadows model home to meet with Adam to obtaining financing with Yvonne and final walk through with Isaac on site I am impressed with the level of support provided by Meritage Homes. Everyone was customer focused and addressed my needs. I’m impressed with everything Meritage has delivered.

The experience of finding the house then the turn around time was amazing. getting to work with Ozzie has been such a delightful experience. He has had such a great open communication on how things are looking and going as well takes everything head on confidently. Highly reccomend working with him. everyone in our neighborhood has only said great things and continues to speak very highly of him.

Our experience with Meritage Homes has been outstanding from start to finish. Buying a home can be stressful, but Alex made the entire process so much easier.
