We had such a great experience from start to finish. Adam worked an amazing deal for us and made sure everything came together in a way that truly benefited us. Yvonne was available at all hours, always ready to answer questions and keep things moving, which made a huge difference during such a stressful process. Jeff has been incredible. He’s super responsive, helpful, and has continued to support us even after move-in. He has truly gone above and beyond in his role and has become the Swiss Army knife you didn’t know you needed. I initially thought we were just lucky to have him, but it turns out he shows up that way for all the neighbors too. Jeff absolutely deserves a raise. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend!

From the beginning, we very much liked the home. During the process on getting things fixed sometimes there was a delay, and some of the work that was completed is already falling apart, such as the concrete in the front of the home which did cause disappointment. Overall energy efficiency on the home is great with the air conditioning although water in the kitchen takes a while to heat up. Brandon as a builder was helpful in fixing items and made himself available for questions when needed.

Had a very pleasant experience with the whole team at Meritage. Getting all the paperwork done and approved was streamlined and hassle free. This is my first home and I was genuinely scared at first, but the team did an amazing job helping me get through the home buying process. The quality of the home is outstanding and the builder was extremely helpful and very reliable on the repairs. I would definitely do business with Meritage again in the future and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again to the whole Meritage team that helped my wife and I buy our first home.
