Great overall value and closing! My only issue is a lack of ADA accomodations or options pre/post closing. It was very much a take it or leave it experience leaving us to remodel to add ADA options in the bathrooms and ramps for the high curbs which would be preferable before closing.

Fue una buena experiencia la compra de nuestra primera casa, Brady hizo nuestra última inspección y fue genial, su profesionalismo y amabilidad son excepcionales, el nos explicó todo el funcionamiento de la casa y nos mostró donde estaban todas las conexiones….
