Our only concern regarding the quality of the home is that there are several cracks in the concrete porch, patio, and garage floor.

Overall, my experience has been positive. The team demonstrates a great attitude and is genuinely knowledgeable, and I appreciate their consistent efforts to accommodate requests in a timely and professional manner. My one area of concern is the concrete pit adjacent to the main road. The noise, dust, debris, and loose rocks it generates create what I consider an ongoing safety hazard, particularly for vehicle traffic along that stretch. Given how heavily traveled that road is, I would strongly encourage consideration of relocating the pit to a less congested area. Addressing this would go a long way toward making the overall environment safer and more comfortable for everyone. With that improvement, I would have no hesitation giving this a top rating.

We had a great experience with our builder from start to finish. The quality of the home and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Chandler and Brian for their outstanding support throughout the entire process. They were both responsive, attentive, and professional, always keeping us informed and ensuring any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Their dedication and communication made the building experience smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with our new home and would highly recommend this builder to anyone looking for a positive home-building experience.

As a first time homebuyer, my overall experience was good. All steps were clear ahead of time. The only things I wish was would be 1.If there was quick email replies from office, I could have less panic in certain situation. I understand due to limited staff at office, it wasnt possible. 2.After buying home, I wish I was given a welcome package like I see on social media. On the move in day, I didnot feel special from Meritage Home. I was given home key with access code only. Nothing else 3. As a time of writing, I didnot have received any fob key or access key to amenities. I have emailed necessary people at Meritage and HOA but no response yet. So no amenities experience yet. 4. Not sure why I am paying for HOA. Feels like non existing.
