Our experience with Meritage and Marianne was great from the moment we walked into the model home there in Sherman Texas. We were greeted by Marianne as soon as we walked through the front door of the model home. She has such a comforting and easy personality and really goes above and beyond for the community she is selling. We actually left our deposit that day with comfort knowing we wanted to live in this community. The whole experience during the whole process was amazing and everyone involved was very professional and helpful from start to finish. We have already told two different families of our experience and hopefully they will be buying a home from Meritage as well.

Our new home is everything we hoped for and more. It’s spacious, well built, and perfect for our family. The layout flows nicely, and the craftsmanship gives us confidence that this home was built to last. We are extremely satisfied with our decision.
