Review of Overall Experience

Now that I have been it the home for only a couple of months I have really only reached out to the builder once and he responded quickly. I will say the condition of the home was not what I expected (covered in cobwebs) and I am now concerned about some cracks reappearing on the ceiling. (I can tell they were patched up) I am also throwing breakers so I have concerns about the electrical. I just hope I get the same service when I turn in the repairs that need fixing.
