location and little floor plan. Almost no rear green lawn. very small lot.

Would Change

Quality of installed items and workmanship. cheap material used. Carpets if someone will install free then also i will not setup. walking on installed carpets looks like walking on starch cloth always hurting feets. Never like to walk bare feet on installed carpet. Hopeless quality. Polyester based hard threads. Walls looks empty. Drilled couple of holes but was not able to install things for which drill was done. wall not holding up. Looks like nothing inside.

We do love our home RedRiver. Builder Justin was very helpful and informative. He answered all the questions we have, was available whenever we needed even after we moved in. He was straight forward, professional and honest. I appreciate all his work done for our home.

Would Change

Staff of closing office on the closing day, the old man who was sitting in the front office was not welcoming. The lady who was doing the paperwork was not honest regarding mailbox key. I felt that was not nice and unprofessional to represent of Meritage Home. Other than that all the other experience is very good regarding Meritage Home.
