We've found a few things that are quite frustrating, i.e., no plug-ins in the island, no drawers in the upstairs bathroom which covers two bedrooms and a family room, no plug-in in the laundry room across from the washer and dryer (for a freezer or ironing, etc.), and no plug-ins in the master closets. We also had problems with the HVAC, which took four visits from the HVAC company, including one guy who moved things around in one of my bedrooms while I was gone (what was he looking for?), and then we had a leak in a bathroom and that took about 7 visits from various people to get it all fixed, hopefully (I asked them to show me the wall and floor behind and underneath the leaks but the technician never did, so I sure hope there isn't damage there). Lucky for them, I was home during the day and didn't have to take work off, otherwise that would have been 11 days of taking work off of new jobs (we just moved here from out of state) to deal with this. But it did all get fixed, so thank you! Regardless, the construction manager and agent that sold us the home were VERY responsive and made things happen. They were really good, so Meritage as a whole was very responsive, it was the problems with the home and the hassle fixing those problems that was not pleasant.

My construction manager was very good! Super professional, made sure to tackle every need immediately and was proactive with reaching out to make sure everything was working properly. Very good experience.

I fell in love with my home as soon as I saw it. I had my own inspection done. All of the finding were taken care of very quickly and efficiently. And the builder has reached out to me to make sure that I wasn't having any problems and to make sure that I understand my warranties. I have confidence that him and his team will be there to assist me.
