I had a good experience with Meritage Home, Derek and the Loan Office Mike were responsive to my emails and extremely professional. However slight concern with sending requested documents more than once. Also the underwriter was awful and the supervisor had to get involved. However Mike was very professional and advocated for my loan.

Our entire purchase and closing processes with Meritage Homes was really a great experience! Every one of the Meritage employees and also other companies who represented Meritage Homes have been so kind, very knowledgeable, helpful, extremely patient, and just wonderful to go through the processes with! We have always been treated as members of the “Meritage Family” from the beginning throughout the purchase process, closing process and beyond after closing, which is normally unheard of! Ryan, our Construction Manager, has continued to patiently answer our questions and follow up to ensure our few items have been quickly addressed! We have purchased and built a number of high-end homes with other builders but this experience with Meritage has been outstanding! We have already recommended Meritage Homes to others and praise the buying processes, solid home construction, nice inside and outside finishes, and energy efficiently built into a Meritage home! We thank all of those we worked with for providing exceptional customer service! We are so pleased that we decided to buy our beautiful Meritage Home!! Thank you all again!!
