Our overall experience with Meritage Homes has been excellent. From the very beginning, the staff has been professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with our home. Any questions or issues that came up were addressed quickly and thoroughly, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. The quality of the home itself is outstanding. The construction feels solid, the finishes are well done, and the overall layout is thoughtfully designed for day-to-day living. We’ve been especially impressed with the included features—things like energy-efficient systems, modern appliances, and smart design choices that make the home both comfortable and practical. Communication has been clear and consistent at every stage, from sales to construction to closing. We always felt informed about what was happening and what to expect next. Everyone we worked with was responsive, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure details were handled properly. Overall, we’re very pleased with both the home and the company behind it. Meritage Homes has delivered great quality, strong customer service, and a home we’re proud to live in. We would gladly recommend them to others.

Matt was a fantastic project manager and was the primary contact and supported us throughout the project. I work in commercial construction, when I handed him the inspection report he did exactly what I do, printed it out, added dates, whose doing what, and provided me with a action plan moving forward and executed everything beautifully. We both missed the tp holder upstairs and he provided us with the unit very quickly and showed attention to even the smallest details such as that.

Very pleasant salesman and lender - Derick and Mike - walked us through all questions and never pushed us to make decisions without giving us ample time to do our research as well. They treated us like family in a way, which made the buying process much easier!
