It was a great experience. I came to the area with the need to purchase a house in two days. The team made it very easy for us to access several of the homes that had available for sale We received a good explanation of what there was that came with the house. After we chose the house, the closing process is very simple and painless. The team communicated with us on everything that needed to be addressed after we walk-through, which was a very minor list and they addressed it right away. We were able to move in the house within two weeks from the first time we walked into view the house And have a great experience ever since living in the home. As a builder, I recommend Meritage homes to anybody who is looking for a quality built home at a fair price. They have a great staff to help take care of anything that's needed and we're very considerate with many callbacks. Just checking in to make sure everything was great when it wasn't necessary to do so we can't say enough about heritage homes and their entire team a job well done to all.

We love our house, is very well done the design is great the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Also the construction manager check on on to see if we have any questions or concerns about our house.

Great overall value and closing! My only issue is a lack of ADA accomodations or options pre/post closing. It was very much a take it or leave it experience leaving us to remodel to add ADA options in the bathrooms and ramps for the high curbs which would be preferable before closing.
