Overall, my experience with Meritage was very positive and seamless once my home was selected. The entire team made the process smooth and easy to navigate. My only suggestion would be to provide buyers with more customization options earlier in the process, as that may have reduced the need for post-purchase changes, such as replacing carpet with flooring. Aside from that, I was very pleased with the experience and would gladly recommend Meritage to others.
