Our experience with Meritage and Marianne was great from the moment we walked into the model home there in Sherman Texas. We were greeted by Marianne as soon as we walked through the front door of the model home. She has such a comforting and easy personality and really goes above and beyond for the community she is selling. We actually left our deposit that day with comfort knowing we wanted to live in this community. The whole experience during the whole process was amazing and everyone involved was very professional and helpful from start to finish. We have already told two different families of our experience and hopefully they will be buying a home from Meritage as well.

It was a great experience. I came to the area with the need to purchase a house in two days. The team made it very easy for us to access several of the homes that had available for sale We received a good explanation of what there was that came with the house. After we chose the house, the closing process is very simple and painless. The team communicated with us on everything that needed to be addressed after we walk-through, which was a very minor list and they addressed it right away. We were able to move in the house within two weeks from the first time we walked into view the house And have a great experience ever since living in the home. As a builder, I recommend Meritage homes to anybody who is looking for a quality built home at a fair price. They have a great staff to help take care of anything that's needed and we're very considerate with many callbacks. Just checking in to make sure everything was great when it wasn't necessary to do so we can't say enough about heritage homes and their entire team a job well done to all.
