Everything was fine - Raul has been extremely helpful. Cade was not as caring AFTER we moved in. We had zero trash service setup for about 4 weeks after we moved in. No matter what we did to contact the city it did not work. I reached out to Cade and he told me I was SOL basically and they had nothing to do with it. When Meritage is the ones who told us we could move in. He was actually rude in his responses when I was being very professional. I was suggesting that in the future Meritage should confirm that trash is setup before moving people in and saying it is ready. Not a good look for the brand. He just kept saying I am talking to the wrong people. But once again. Raul has been amazing and very helpful throughout the process.

From the moment I stepped into the Sales office with Bryan, I felt like he was really focused on me and what I wanted and needed from the home. He was patient and not overbearing and provided me with everything I needed to know about Meritage Homes and the community. Moving forward into the builder walkthrough with Ryan, I was just as impressed with him and how thorough he was regarding the finishings in my Meritage home, completing any and all items suggested by my Home Inspector and answering my many questions. Ryan checked in and made sure I knew he was available to assist with anything regarding the home and the community, he even relayed messages for a neighbor who had received my mail by mistake. Great guy Ryan, and the whole Meritage team! Ms. Pop

Our Builder was the best part of this whole process. We love our home and Javier was the easiest, most relaxing part. He was so helpful and knowledgable. I don't think we would have gotten through this as calmly without him.
