I had a good experience with Meritage Home, Derek and the Loan Office Mike were responsive to my emails and extremely professional. However slight concern with sending requested documents more than once. Also the underwriter was awful and the supervisor had to get involved. However Mike was very professional and advocated for my loan.

Bryan was extremely helpful during the purchase process and responded to questions right away. Tyler has been phenomenal throughout the finalizing of construction to any needs after move-in. It was a very stressful time for us and they both made it easier.
