We've had a great experience with Giselle and Josh with Meritage-Central Park Square in Texas City. We have had a water leak since we bought the house. The left side of the house has standing water. Josh had 2 plumbers come out and they said they checked the water meter and no leak but they didn't go further to find out where it was leaking. Then the plumbing supervisor came by about 10 days ago. He was going to turn the water off to our house on Tuesday last week and come back and check it on Friday. We were out of town for 8 days and returned today. STILL standing water on the left side of the house. I think that Meritage houses are build well but I would suggest to put in better baseboards. The ones they put in are so cheap looking. I had mine changed the second week we were in the house. We have a few other minor problems that Kelly from warrenty is suppose to come meet with us next week.
