I enjoyed working with the builder to learn more about our new house. Meritage was very helpful in replying to emails and questions we had during the process.

We love our house. Our only complaint is with our builder Frankie. He did not have the greatest attitude at times and seemed irritated when we told him we wanted something fixed before we moved in during the walk through stage. We have talked with our neighbors and they said the same as well.
I’m not completely satisfied with my experience so far. I still can’t get my icemaker to work. My irrigation broke, flooding my front yard on the week of October 13th, leaving me with a 900.00 water bill that I refuse to pay. I filed a claim with the home warranty the minute I knew it happened. The warranty department hasn’t offered any solution for the ridiculous water bill that was caused by meritage homes faulty construction. This is a brand new home and the irrigation system broke after 2 and 1/2 months of living here.

I had an outstanding experience with Meritage Homes, thanks to the professionalism and dedication of both Shirley and Frankie. Shirley was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the home-buying process. She made sure all of my questions were answered promptly and guided me every step of the way, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Frankie, our Construction Manager, did a fantastic job managing the build. He was highly responsive, detail-oriented, and ensured the highest quality standards were met. Frankie addressed any concerns quickly and kept me well informed with regular updates, giving me total confidence in the process. Overall, I am extremely happy with my new home and grateful for the excellent service provided by Shirley and Frankie. I would highly recommend Meritage Homes to anyone looking for a quality home and a top-notch customer experience!

While the Carefree Title Agency was slow to solve my deed issue, my overall experience with Meritage has been positive. Kevin was incredibly responsive with every issue I had with my new house sending workers to fix all my concerns. Kevin is a 12 out of a 10. His professionalism is the main reason for the high marks on this survey.
