While we have noticed some lack of attention to detail from some of the subcontractors, we are very satisfied with the overall quality of our home, especially how noise buffering it is from the outside noise/construction. I would like to give a special A++ acknowledgment to Scott who has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable , supported, and heard in this process. His responsiveness, candor, honesty, humor, and professionalism has been so appreciated, especially since we seem to be pretty needy. :) He has been a pleasure to work with.

Mustafa was the best. Hands down the best person ever. He truly cared about us and our situations and always provided us with the proper care we needed. If anyone should get a raise it would be him because he made our experience with meritage amazing.

My home-buying experience with this new construction community was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Isabel, the sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer questions throughout the process. She made everything easy to understand and ensured I felt confident every step of the way with her. Isabel worked very well with my realtor Tiffany that represented me. A special thank you also goes to Paul, the construction manager, who was equally knowledgeable and attentive. Any questions or concerns that came up were handled in a timely manner, and his communication and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. The entire team made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with my new home and the experience I had. I highly recommend Isabel to anyone looking for new construction in Manteca. She truly goes above and beyond, and I would gladly refer family and friends to her. Thank you again to Isabel and Paul. I appreciate you both.

We were thinking the process of home buying will be hectic, difficult and so confusing. But with the help of Everybody involve in the process it went very smoothly. Everyone was very experienced and knowledgeable in their field . All documents are explained very nicely by Sales person of Deervalley Meritage home. Walk thru was very informative done by Construction Manager Mr. Ben . He explain each and every corner of the house very nicely. After closing after sale service was also very nice like taking follow-ups placing work order if something need to be fixed or if something need touch up etc. was great. I wish they keep doing well making people dreams of buying new homes true.
