Anthony our project manager hands down captivated the exceptional service that you would want and expect when finalizing our move into our new home. He answered every call/ question we had and remedied any concerns in a timely fashion. The standard he set for the closing experience is very high and I hope Meritage give this gentleman the recognition he deserves because if it was not for his professionalism and transparency this review may have been less than perfect. The Meritage Lending side, Patrick continued to uphold that standard and gave expedited, transparent, and efficient processes when handle all documents and programs for us. I am a Finance Director for FORD Motor Co and it is refreshing to be able to work with someone who is capable of putting his money where his mouth is for a lack of better words. Top notch Patrick and I'll be searching for him regarding future transactional purchases.
