Great experience with Kinzi (agent) and Roy ( after sale warranty repair of countertops, help with light switch and sprinkler). Brian in mortgage was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient and detailed Bryan pre and post inspection- nice, but not extremely knowledgeable. Plumber terrible at troubleshooting and thinking outside of the box. 2 other toilet flushes perfectly. I had someone else fix the troublesome toilet by simply replacing the flapper. Meritage plumber repeatedly saying nothing is wrong and nothing can be done instead of trying anything! Terrible experience with USPS mail key, still not getting mail one month later. Worried about the many future foundation setting cracks, but still love the home! Rated 4 star!

Front office: Personel was very helpful and informative. Loan dept: was 8.5 out of 10, some questions during the loan process were not completely answered, for example, we needed info about future tax assessment payment calculations and we were referred to the county tax assessor. I other cases, loan reps have done a closer calculation amount . As far as the post closure construction foreman Juan, he has been the most helpful guy. All the construction needs have met and gone above and beyond our expectations!

My experience with Meritage home has been great. My sales person Dustin was great and was always available. The Construction Manager Dennis was great as well and provided great service.

Meritage Homes has made our first time home buying experience one to remember & share with friends and family! We are very happy! All staff and reps have been extremely knowledgeable with questions asked and have been extremely helpful. Very quick in responses, quick turn around time. Overall, a wonderful experience!
