Review of Overall Experience

I have a refrigerator in my house, that didn't work when I did the walk-through., I signed my papers in November. The refrigerator still does not work, your customer service referred me to Whirlpool. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours,, The persons to repair the refrigerator wanted the deeds to my house. The refrigerator does not work, The freezer doesn't work. The water doesn't work and at the bottom of the refrigerator it freezes everything. I have asked for a replacement. What do I need to do to get a replacement? I have not had a refrigerator since November 2025. It's not right that I don't have a refrigerator that doesn't work and you guys keep referring me back to Whirlpool. That's not right.
