My overall experience with my new Meritage Home has been very positive. The home’s energy‑efficient features were one of the main reasons I chose Meritage, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in comfort and monthly utility costs. The layout is modern and functional, and the construction quality feels solid. The design options offered good variety, and the build process was mostly smooth. Communication from the sales and construction teams was generally helpful, and any concerns I raised were addressed professionally. After move‑in, the warranty team has been responsive in handling minor fixes that came up. No new home is perfect, but overall, the value, build quality, and energy-saving features make this a home I’m happy with.

I had a wonderful experience with Meritage Homes, and I especially want to recognize Dustin from the sales office, Scott, the construction supervisor, and Dipinder, our loan officer, for their outstanding service throughout the entire process. Dustin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring from the very beginning. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process, and was always responsive whenever we reached out. His communication and attention to detail truly made the experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Scott also went above and beyond during the building process. He was extremely thorough, attentive, and proactive in addressing any questions or requests we had. His responsiveness and dedication to quality gave us a great sense of confidence and peace of mind. It was clear that he cared not only about the home being built correctly, but also about making sure we were happy every step of the way. I also want to give special recognition to Dipinder, our loan officer, who was absolutely amazing throughout the financing process. She was incredibly helpful, thorough, and communicative every step of the way. She worked extremely hard to ensure our loan process moved forward smoothly and was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Her dedication, professionalism, and persistence truly made a stressful process feel much more manageable, and we deeply appreciate all of her hard work and support. Dustin, Scott, and Dipinder all consistently exceeded expectations with their professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their clients. Their commitment to customer satisfaction made a huge difference in our experience, and we are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work. Meritage Homes is fortunate to have team members like them representing the company.

Realmente adquirir nuestra vivienda es hacernos sentir en CASA desde el dia uno; es toda una experiencia que vivimos!! Personalmente desde que observamos nuestra casa, quedamos enamorados de ella; Yo ya queria vivir ahi de una vez... es preciosa! Amamos el vecindario, bastante tranquilo y estamos muy alegres!! Referente a la asistencia con ciertos detalles, Ben ha sido increible, él honestamente ha dado seguimiento a todo, su comunicación es efectiva y tiene mucho conocimiento del tema, apreciamos demasiado su trabajo.
