I want to express my gratitude to Bobby, who I truly believe is the best home sales consultant at Meritage Homes. Bobby is an outstanding professional—always patient, kind, and attentive. He consistently answered my calls on time and guided me step by step through the entire process of purchasing my first home. Owning a home has always been my dream, but my experience with Meritage has exceeded all expectations. I am very satisfied with the design, the spacious layout, and the thoughtful organization of the rooms. Thanks to Bobby’s dedication and support, I now enjoy a home that is far more than I ever imagined , I also want to thank Erick, who was with me during the walkthrough and supervised the home before I moved in. He patiently answered all my questions about how each appliance works, as well as the garage door and the water heater. Erick took care of every detail I felt was imperfect and made sure everything was improved to my satisfaction. Meritage truly has an excellent team, and I’m very grateful for the professionalism and dedication of both Bobby and Erick
