does not honor contract. does not follow grading plan. does not follow HERS prescriptive process. does not provide plans per contract on site. lies about efficiently features provided. lies about communicating time line changes. lies about ten day closing window notification. does not follow contract process to allow guest on site. does not follow contract process of guest not allowed on site. fails to provide communication to all signed parties for walk and home orientation as per contract . lies about quality control process (builder simply ignores and does removes quality control marking with out doing the work. does not follow California law (must disclose to buyer changes in insulation materials and refuses too) . sells other homes in the neighborhood with MLS listing description that contradict contract terms (knowingly misleading neighbors on what they can and cannot used there garage for). creates incentive to target protected classes of people to control makeup of neighborhood. refuses to follow escalation process outlined in contract. refuses to acknowledge mistakes. lies about escalating to management concerns and then zero follow up.
