While we have noticed some lack of attention to detail from some of the subcontractors, we are very satisfied with the overall quality of our home, especially how noise buffering it is from the outside noise/construction. I would like to give a special A++ acknowledgment to Scott who has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable , supported, and heard in this process. His responsiveness, candor, honesty, humor, and professionalism has been so appreciated, especially since we seem to be pretty needy. :) He has been a pleasure to work with.

Mustafa was the best. Hands down the best person ever. He truly cared about us and our situations and always provided us with the proper care we needed. If anyone should get a raise it would be him because he made our experience with meritage amazing.

My home-buying experience with this new construction community was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Isabel, the sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer questions throughout the process. She made everything easy to understand and ensured I felt confident every step of the way with her. Isabel worked very well with my realtor Tiffany that represented me. A special thank you also goes to Paul, the construction manager, who was equally knowledgeable and attentive. Any questions or concerns that came up were handled in a timely manner, and his communication and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. The entire team made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with my new home and the experience I had. I highly recommend Isabel to anyone looking for new construction in Manteca. She truly goes above and beyond, and I would gladly refer family and friends to her. Thank you again to Isabel and Paul. Anthony has been very helpful from our walk through up until now. He’s very responsive and take actions quickly when we have concerns. He initiated to fix our roof which we didn’t see at all. We are very happy and satisfied!
