Overall, every single person I talked to and communicated with was incredibly helpful. It was a truly great experience all around in that regard. The house itself is also pretty good. For the price point we're paying, we think we got the correct value. It's not the sexiest thing, it's definitely not bad by any means, but we can tell where some things were a little cheaply done. It's all fine and the move-in process was great, the warranties are great and the way people came out to fix everything we noticed was also good. I get the business model and it works. Good home, good price.

overall experience was great, house is great, neighborhood is great. The only things i would change are master bedroom shower is really small for this size house, and there is no linen closet, solar company never reached out to me for first time walkthrough or install the app.

Ben our construction manager was there for every question and concern we encountered. They were both extremely helpful and friendly. 5 stars all around

The home was turned over to us in a timely manner, and it was exceptionally clean and well-prepared when we took possession.
