Our overall experience was outstanding. The people are Meritage were very helpful and accommodating to circumstances we had throughout the whole process. James was our number one guy and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the inspection and post close process. He was on the ball for everything we needed and made the process even more smooth. 10/10 experience.

My experience with Meritage Homes was wonderful from start to finish. The entire team was responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making the home buying process feel smooth and easy. They were always quick to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure we understood each step along the way. I especially appreciated how understanding and supportive they were throughout the process, which made buying a home much less stressful. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Meritage Homes to anyone looking for a new home!

I didn’t realize the homes are poorly built until after moving in no insulation in the walls studs are 24 inches apart and had to add more support to mount my TV and bathtub area does not have a backsplash and water is becoming an issue on the wall
