Several areas of concern that I submitted were not addressed by Meritage. I also saw spider website and numerous spiders in the tub and asked it to be exterminated prior to closing as I am allergic to pesticides. It was not done. The spiders were still here and I had to leave my new home for a week while it was exterminated. There're loud noises in the ceiling of the home. The thermostat does not have an off switch for the fan. The switch for the disposal is not probably mounted under the sink. There was not a tray to catch water on the refrigerator dispenser and others.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, kept us informed throughout. Special thanks to Project Manager Dennis who responded immediately to requests and was extra helpful in recommending contractors to help us with necessary modifications related to our health needs.

From Caroline in the sales department, being attentive and responsive to our needs for moving quickly on the sale, and the time frame we had for the move; to the final walk through with Frank, and his expert attention to detail, assistance, knowledge, and overall care for our concerns, questions etc. He has been professional, helpful, and just all around someone we could trust with our experience. Even the Close of our purchase with title, and the assistance with getting our move expedited with the mortgage broker. Jenny in the Escrow department was super helpful, adjusted her personal schedule to attend to our signing quickly. She was even super sweet during signing (we had our 2 year old son with us) and she was kind and pleasant and patient with us. Super awesome experience from start to finish, and all these individuals from the face of sales to the final walk through, to the close of escrow, they all showed the same level of competence, kindness, and excellent work ethic to us. We could not be more pleased! I would be pleased to hear they got some sort of recognition for their hard work and attentiveness to our needs as we made one of the most important life decisions in the purchase of our home.
