Review of Overall Experience

The sales office, etc was great. The workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. There are so many things we have found, 99% of which have been reviewed and discussed with the contractor, which includes SEVERAL requested repairs. Most of the repairs have not been done and it’s now been 7 weeks. As respects things we notice and wish we would have noticed before signing are the non-existence of drawers in the bathrooms, non-existence of medicine cabinets in bathrooms, non-existence of any linen closets, to name a few.
