Mark and Harrison were great, helpful and responsive. Rachel, the mortgage lender was terrible. Her communication was the worst I have ever experienced. If I had to do the process again, I would have asked for someone different.

To keep it short overall experience was a 10/10 very professional, communicative and understanding. Everything moved very smoothly with home purchase and the inspections before and after moving in. So far I have absolutely no complaints

we have already spoke highly of meritage homes and recommended a meritage home to many people. The reason for the one 4 start rating is because not all the walls are straight. Some bow pretty obviously and the entry way lights are still not set straight down our beautiful grand foyer entry way and that bothers my husband greatly. But David and Duane were great and Duane listened to everything we asked to be fixed and fixed it all. The walls couldn’t be fixed and we understand. It’s simply on here to make someone aware so the next persons walls can hopefully be straighter. We are very pleased with everything and absolutely are in love with the whole process and our beautiful home. We appreciated the ease of the buying process, the straight forward approach and the honesty during the whole experience. Thank you again for everything. Did I mention Duane was great?

Things have been pretty good, however the day of our move in, the cleaners damaged our shower and we have been waiting 4 months for it to be fixed and still nothing.
