I had an overall positive experience with Meritage Homes throughout the home buying process. I would especially like to recognize Mario Salas and Mauricio for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication. They were always responsive, patient, and willing to answer and questions, making the entire process much smoother and less stressful. I especially appreciated the energy-efficient features and modern design elements that come standard in the home. While there were a few minor issues that naturally come with new construction, Mario was attentive and worked diligently to address concerns and provide updates along the way. Overall , I am very pleased with the quality of my home and support I received from the Meritage team. Thanks to Mario and Mauricio, my home-buying experience was a positive one, and I would gladly recommend Meritage Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

From the sales team to the new home orientation with Dennis, my experience with Meritage Homes has been a great experience! I have purchased several homes through the years and buying my new Meritage home has been the most positive. The follow up and support of the team has been much appreciated. There have been a few questions and minor issues since I moved and when I have reached out to Dennis, he responds quickly to answer questions or to complete minor repairs. He goes above and beyond to assist others. In fact, while we were unloading the PODS and could not move our bookcases into the home, Dennis was quick to offer help by himself and other crew members. It is hard to find this kind of work ethic and compassion for his job!!!
