Bought a finished home and met Anne at Teravalis, but wanted something complete now and she offered to meet me at this community to explore what was move in ready. After she explained the construction, process and community amenities, we decided to purchase. Anne was very thorough and seemed to genuinely care about my experience. I am glad we purchased with Meritage and in this specific community! Also, in meeting Tracy, the Builder, felt confident that we were getting value and quality in our purchase!
