Kaylyn offered exceptional customer service, very helpful and responsive. The first day we came to view the home she sent all details and next steps straight to my email minutes after leaving! Other builders took days even, weeks to send over information. Kaylyn’s responsiveness is the core reason we chose meritage. Michele with the lender team was very helpful and responsive, she made the lending process go smoothly. Kevin with maintenance has been very helpful & responsive in completing open work order items. He is also very great to work with. I am pleased with my purchase and have recommended meritage to others.
