Horrible quality! This builder has cut corners on every aspect of a home build!!!! From the master bedroom to the master bath!!! Kitchen is a cookie cutter version. Home keeps settling. Cracks in all areas of home!!!!!!!!! It’s definitely not a home that will last long!!! I just dropped 11,000 into the master bath!!!!!!!!!! Will be putting this home up for sale within two years!!!! Too bad it is in a great location!!! I will say, Meritage does know how to cut corners and save themselves money!!!! Hell my front door had to be redone!!! The wind was pushing it back and forth!!!!!!!!!! Low quality paint!!!!!!!!
