Review of Overall Experience

I came to meritage very last minute. Having issues with Lennar homes. The whole team at meritage made my experience so amazing! From the real estate agent, to the corporate team at meritage. The loan officer Stephen also made the loan process so easy! Got approved so quick and they closed me on a fha in less than a month, which is mind blowing! The quality of the home is also much better than the previous builder I was dealing with. Just an absolutely great experience!

Review of Overall Experience

I was not satisfied with the the price of the lot...i was initially told the lot was going to cost me $12,000 and they made me pay double the price for the lot....the lot cost me $22,000.....I'm not happy about that. The lots was standard....it was not an upgrade.....the documents states the lot was for $12,000.....they overcharged me.
