Review of Overall Experience

Disconnect in the beginning stages. Our salesperson was terminated and we were not given a point of contact until Shane contacted us almost 4 months after we signed our contract. The next pain point came during the closing process. We were contacted initially stating our closing would be late April, then April 15. We were then contacted saying March 10th then March 24th. Frustrating!!! Could not find out who we could talk to in an effort to lock our closing down. Really quite unprofessional. I also believe that the regional VP should have contacted us on 3 different occasions. First when our sales person was terminated, second when the wrong roof was installed on our house and lastly when we finally closed. Would have made all the difference in the world. On the bright side, we found Shane very accommodating and was always available to ask questions. Really appreciate every effort Shane made to address issues and very thankful for Amber assisting and addressing contract issues. We have found several minor issues but have full confidence that Shane will get them taken care of.
