Review of Overall Experience

Responsiveness is 5 and caring would have been a 5 if we were just talking about Brad. He is an asset to the company and makes the other stuff, like not having the place clean when I moved in, waiting 3 months for the appointments to fix things, a broken lock times 3, a little more bearable! Still not quite impressed that a lot of the light fixtures and outlets are not level, and there’s a gap in that one spot…. But overall, yes I’m totally happy with the house! Check the lights, both, in the attic though. They left them on…. We didn’t know for almost 3 months…
