The builders keep giving the run around when things are not fixed/damaged prior to moving in. No communication, no call backs. Very poor customer service, no adequate time giving to fix things. No acknowledgement. Very disappointing with the grading of the landscaping and the leveling of walls within the house. Builders cut corners even on upgrades, cabinets damaged and not fixed (prior to closing).
