We like the home, we just wish we had a better experience with the purchase. If things get organized, communication improved and knowledgeable, organized and experienced people are hired for the sales office this development could have great potential

Would Change

Awful experience with Kelli Barbour, very disrespectful and poor customer service training. Zero attention to detail, had to repeat our sales contract several times. Meritage had an expired permit and no-one realized that until few days before our closing. I had to deal with it myself and work with the county to get this resolved. Tatiana Davies on the other hand was very educated and respectful and she went above and beyond to resolve our situation.
