I recently purchased a Meritage home in the Azalea community which is located next to the Tradition area of Port Saint Lucie. I spent about a month looking before making my purchase. What attracted to me to Meritage Homes was their straightforward and transparent pricing, secondly their homes are functionally designed with an open and spacious layout. The entire staff from, sales to closing were very kind, courteous and professional. If you are looking to purchase a quality new home and trying to avoid the current puzzling practices that I encountered with most builders, I highly recommend placing Meritage Homes at the top of your list. You will not be disappointed. Happy hunting
