Torri has been very responsive - I’ve had to ask for help on several things. The quality of the bathroom fixtures - toilet, shower, sinks - does not seem great. I think corners were cut there. Overall happy with my condo.

Joseph has gone above and beyond by periodically checking in with us to make sure everything is going well and to see if there are any repairs or concerns that need to be addressed. My experience with Meritage Homes has been outstanding from start to finish. The entire home buying process was smooth, professional, and well organized. The quality of the home exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the attention to detail that went into the construction of my new home. Our experience with Meritage Homes has been excellent from start to finish. The home offers outstanding build quality at a competitive price, with great value-added features included, such as a washer, dryer, refrigerator, solar system, and professional landscaping. The attention to detail throughout the home is impressive, and the finishes feel modern and well-crafted. We were especially pleased with the cleanliness of the home at move-in. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and ready for us to settle in comfortably. The community and surrounding areas are also well-maintained, which reflects the care and professionalism of the team. The customer service has been exceptional. Jose and Andrew have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. They are always just a call or text away and have consistently addressed our questions and resolved any issues promptly.
