Our overall experience with Meritage Homes has been truly wonderful for both myself and my family. From the very beginning, Belinda played a huge role in our decision - her warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Any company would be proud of how she represented quality and the kind of genuine care that makes you feel like more than just a customer. That level of service hasn’t changed even 30 days in. Jose, who conducted our walkthrough, is the definition of quality customer service - someone who genuinely makes you feel part of the Meritage / Live Oak family. He’s known throughout the community as someone you can rely on and trust, which means everything when you’re making such a significant financial and emotional investment. Jose was incredible in advocating for us during the orientation, making sure everything was up to standard and truly met the level we deserve. Andrew and Mike have been amazing about staying on top of things, checking in with us, and making sure everything is done right and that we’re genuinely happy. As a military family, trust, communication, and follow-through mean everything to us and this team delivered on all of it. We’re truly grateful for the experience and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

What can I say, from start to finish the process and people were amazing. We have built a home from another builder in the past and this was by far a much better experience across the board. Nick was so great to us and so accommodating. All of the loan people we used (your preferred lender) were top notch. Then we met Scott who helped us with an orientation and followed up with us on other questions that came up after that. 100% satisfied across the board.

This is the second new home that I bought from a builder. I can definitely say the experience with the first Builder was not so pleasant. I will not name them, but I am more thankful for my experience that I have received with Meritage homes. I can certainly say the change in experience has definitely come from the customer service department. The orientation with Jose was phenomenal. His explanation when it came to the home was right on point and his check up after we have closed Has been like no other he has come in and done repairs himself and even the neighbors have definitely said nothing but wonderful things about him so thank you Meritage homes and for hiring employees like this individual to ensure that customer service is delivered to your customers, which is really important nowadays when purchasing a home.
