Would Change

Don’t hose down drywall to clean up the mess from drywall mudding and texturing. Install cabinets, cabinet doors, drawers, and pulls correctly before the close of escrow (extremely shoddy work - crooked doors, drawers, and pulls; chunks missing from the frames; split frames; etc.). Don’t make the customer wait until after the close of escrow to deal with problems that are known two months before the close of escrow (it is 1.5 months post-close of escrow and the issues still aren’t resolved). Don’t pawn off the issues from the construction phase to the warranty phase (especially without informing the customer or briefing the representative who is taking over). Follow through on the issues (many issues are still not resolved and I have no updates on the progress).
