So far it has been pretty good as far as the response from the customer service team. We have had a couple of hiccups early on but it is now resolved.
Vince was very informative and gave us great advice on how to care for our home. The team altogether did a wonderful job. Toni was wonderful throughout our home buying experience.

Certain things were not done great (leaking shower, damaged door to laundry, dry wall left on the windows, and dry wall patches that weren’t done before I moved in). Dealing with Meritage staff (John, Mike and Jose) has been great. The trades not so much. They were supposed to come do repairs and there were multiple instances where I sat around waiting and they just didn’t show up.
Very helpful staff and a nice energy efficient home
